Outstanding Customer Service My lease on my 2017 RDX lease was almost up so I went to see Mitch Miller for a test drive on the 2020 model since I had really enjoyed the car. The n My lease on my 2017 RDX lease was almost up so I went to see Mitch Miller for a test drive on the 2020 model since I had really enjoyed the car. The new model was updated and was fun to drive but Acura wasn’t offering any lease deals on the vehicle. I decided to think about it for a couple of weeks and there was no pressure put on me to make a decision, which I can’t stand. There were no calls during that period to bug me and a few weeks later I called Mitch again. We talked about some options and he mentioned that Acura was offering more incentives on their MDX model. I took a test drive and I liked the car. He laid out the deal and I was getting an upgraded car for very little additional money than the RDX. Mitch could have stopped there but he kept digging and found an additional loyalty program based on my previous mileage that even his boss wasn’t aware of. Then he noticed I had a small loyalty coupon in the books that I had lost. He worked with his boss and got that reinstated plus he found a free oil change coupon that I had again lost and had that reactivated. Although there was numerous options that could be added to the deal there wasn’t any pressure to select any of them. Within a couple of hours I drove away with a gorgeous new car without having any stress or worries. Fantastic experience! More

I kissed both of my trade ins goodbye. The MDX is a perfect vehicle for a family. I am moving on to the RDX as I no longer feel the need for the extra seating.
