These days it's nice to deal with a down to earth, with the times, genuinely concerned individual . BRAVO Rob! P.S I Love my 2006 TL. Rob. I'll be in the market for a NEW Acura in say...Feb. So I'll see ya then. I owe about $2000.00 on the TL and want to keep my payments where they are and get an even better deal that you gave me for my last TL. Recently I test drove and made an offer on an Acura MDX. The sales manager and I went back and forth about the price before finally agreeing to one. On the day that we agreed, I spoke to the sales manager and told him I was "very interested" and would be coming to the dealership that evening. I then called back and got his voicemail where I left a message asking if he wanted my credit card number to hold the car. I never got a call back. I arrived at the dealership (after driving over an hour) to pay for the car only to find that he was in the process of selling it to someone else for more money. The dealership gave no courtesy call even though they knew I was traveling far and we had AGREED on a price. They even tried to sell me an almost identical car for $800 more. This was a very unprofessional and sneaky/shady thing to do. More

We have always used Schaller for purchase and service. They have exceptional sales and service over the years. Very low pressure dealership. I went on a test drive and didn't get beat up. I explained that I was putting the TSX on the short list. I haven't bought the car yet, but will probably buy here.
