Schaller Acura provided me with a wonderful car buying experience. At 20 years of age at the time, it was the first time I was buying a vehicle from a dealership, although Schaller was not the first deale experience. Schaller was, on the other hand, the only dealership I dealt with that treated me like any other customer, as opposed to some 'kid on the lot.' Now, the car I was interested/in love with, a 2008 TL Type-S, practically sold itself, but Schaller's sales team definitely 'drove it home,' so to speak. Bob Kenton, more specifically, initially greeted me as if I were already a longstanding customer. I had visited the dealership multiple times before making my decision, and Bob was available every time. He provided me with his undivided attention and knowledge throughout the entire process, and added a personal spin while maintaining top-notch professionalism. And he continues to do so; every time I return for service he remembers me and my family and even touches base on topics of conversations we had months prior. But it doesn't stop there. Of course, after sales, comes service. I've been back for multiple oil changes, a battery replacement (covered by Schaller's limited warranty), and even Acura's Appreciation Days complimentary service. All interactions were handled quickly and professionally. I must also mention that I have purchased accessories and equipment from Schaller's Parts Department, and the members of staff I dealt with were beyond helpful and courteous. To provide some contrast, if anything, Schaller does have a rather limited inventory. But they had what I wanted, and that's all that matters. More

This was my second Acura lease through Schaller Acura and again, they did a great job. Rob Horton helped me seamlessly through the process of picking out my TSX and negotiating lease terms. We have leased two TL's and an MDX from Schaller and were always impressed with the friendliness and the quality of the expertise with which Terry treated us. We have always felt like our business was valued by this dealership. Many times once you complete the transaction of lease or purchase they forget about you, not at Schaller. Because of these qualities we decided to make our last transaction a purchase rather than a lease. I do compare other dealerships to Schaller and I have not been to one that can exceed them in salemanship or service. More
