In May 2002, I purchased a 2003 TL from Amy Cromack, at Schaller. Several months ago, I knew it was time to think about my next car, as my 2003 had 300,000+ miles. I visited several different car dealers in Western Mass and each time left feeling dissatisfied and discouraged. I heard that Amy was back at Schaller, so I came in looking for my next car. I wasn't sure which model or whether I wanted a new or used car. I started out thinking that I was going to buy a new RDX. After a couple of visits, phone calls and emails, I finally settled on a 2008 TL. I never felt rushed. Amy took the time to understand my concerns. Rather than tell me what I should do, she listened to me and helped me get to the right decision. Amy also very efficiently facilitated the sale and transfer of registration. I hardly had to do anything other than show up and sign my name. Thanks to all at Schaller Acura for making my purchase of a 2008 TL a pleasant experience. In particular, I want to thank Amy Cromack. I've never been treated so well by a car dealership! I brought my '08 RDX to Schaller for some items that were covered under my warranty. I did not buy my car from Schaller but I was treated like I've be brought my '08 RDX to Schaller for some items that were covered under my warranty. I did not buy my car from Schaller but I was treated like I've been their customer for years! Joe and the other guys in service were so friendly and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They called me with updates promptly and Joe explained everything so thoroughly each and every time I spoke with him. He also made time for me to ask any questions I might have. They let me use their courtesy vehicle which was immaculate! They needed to keep my RDX over night while they waited on one part. I received a call at 7:35 the next morning saying my vehicle was ready! Apparently the part came overnight and when the service guys got in at 7am, they put the part in and called me right away- talk about quick service! I have stayed at 4-5 star hotels that have not treated me as well as I was treated by Joe and the crew at Schaller. I highly recommend them for their service! (I've never dealt w/their sales.) Second: The service guys at Schaller. I told them that they are half the reason I came to Shaller to buy another Acura. Third: The service itself. In the past 8 years I have never, never been surprised by the results of my service. They tell me up front what will be done and the bill ahs never ever been outrageous.
