With this being my first dealership purchase, I was somewhat nervous about the whole stereyotype of the pushy car salesman. When I arrived at Schaller Acura, I realized I had nothing at all to worry ab somewhat nervous about the whole stereyotype of the pushy car salesman. When I arrived at Schaller Acura, I realized I had nothing at all to worry about. Being a younger (25 year old) man, I was afraid I might not be taken as seriously as someone more mature, but this also was untrue. I talked with Teri for a few minutes about the car before we headed out for the test drive. Once in the car, she was extremely knowledgable about all of the features, and answered all of the questions I had, and her directions around town were ten times better than any GPS. once back at the dealership, we started the negotiation process. Another aspect I was somewhat hesitant about, but again I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. At first I thought she was being so nice just because I was making such a big purchase, but I noticed one of the other sales women spent a good amount of time talking with my friend about his rsx type-s, and he was just my ride. Everyone there made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, the experience of buying a car from Schaller Acura was fantastic, and I hope to sdo business with them again. More
