After storming out of Acura Of Avon, I contacted Schaller. Not only did they get the bitter taste out of my mouth, I was completely satisfied with the transaction. They offered me a good value, that I felt I could work with. Don't be fooled by other dealers that try to undercut the market, but treat you like garbage, its not worth the couple hundred dollars. Save yourself some time, and self worth and go to a reputable dealer like Schaller Acura. Rob Horton was great, easy going, takes as much or as little time as needed to explain the benefits of the vehicle. Rob and Bob are great: very friendly, helpful, and proactive. While the overall experience was good, I was frustrated with the negotiations. It wasn't as transparent as I would prefer, and there were surprise "fees" that appeared in the paperwork after we agreed on a price. It was a good learning experience for me, and I will be VERY CLEAR with all salesmen when I purchase cars in the future to avoid this from happening again. That being said, I would buy from them again. More
