There were no "sales games" -- This is the way are car sales should be handled, and this is the way all dealers should treat potential customers. I loved the car, but Amy also made me want to buy from her, and the professionals at Schaller made me want to do business with them. Everyone was super friendly! In addition, the business manager came in after hours, on his day off, when I said I was hoping to take the car home that day. He was also extremely helpful and professional. I walked off the lot of a few other dealers because of overzealous sales reps who only cared about getting the sale. That was not at all the case at Schaller. Amy Cromack and the people at Schaller never made me feel pressured, but always made me feel like a welcome valued guest in their dealership.....the kind of people you want to deal with.
