Schaller's reputation for service was only heightened by our experience with Jim Merrill. Jim gave us an in creditable amount of time to insure we understood the product we were considering; how it operated and how it contributed to the driving experience. Technology is great but without Jim’s guidance in walking us through the basics of the vehicle we’d still be on page 5 of the operating manual. We will highly recommend both Jim & Schaller to our friends and family when they see and experience our awesome 2012 MDX. More
It was time for us to replace our 2007 Honda Civic. We were very interested in upgrading to a similar sized vehicle. Acura's ILX fit the bill. We were directed to our sales contact, Joe Sanchez, who pro were very interested in upgrading to a similar sized vehicle. Acura's ILX fit the bill. We were directed to our sales contact, Joe Sanchez, who professionally showed us the ILX and let us take it for a test drive. Joe was knowledgable and professional. We did not buy the ILX on the day of the test drive. We wanted to go home to think about it. Joe contacted us via email and one follow up phone call to see if we had made any decisions. I thought his level of contact was ideal...it showed interest without being pushy. We ended up making another appointment with Joe to buy the car. Joe was, once again, courteous, knowledgeable an professional. He went above and beyond by offering the car to us that day....which suited our schedules much better than having to come back. Once the car was prepped, Joe reviewed all the intricacies of the vehicle, which were numerous. Joe was patient with us as we tried to absorb all the car had to offer. After we took possession, Joe followed up with a call and an email inquiring if we had any further questions, etc, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Joe and the entire staff of Schaller Acura. And, we will most definitely return ourselves - when the time comes for another new vehicle! More
My Ford Explorer (the first and last Ford I'll ever buy) died. I have been driving for 40 years and just wanted to get a new car quickly without any nonsense. Teri was easy to contact, got me in for a test drive on the day that I called, helped me figure the best options for me with no baloney and no pushing of unwanted stuff, and I had the car I wanted three days later. Any contacts with other personnel at Schaller were pleasant, efficient and businesslike. My RDX actually has made me enjoy driving again, and thus far is meeting or surpassing its fuel efficiency rating. More

I live in Western Mass, so it is a trek to get to Schaller Acura but it was worth it. James Merrill was easy to work with - very straightforward and patient as I shopped around. They minimized the number of trips I had to make to the dealership, and when it was time to pick up my MDX, they sent a driver to Massachusetts to get me. All in all a great experience. More
I have been a Schaller Acura customer since 1991 and have never considered leasing or buying another vehicle. As a matter of fact, Teri was new to the dealership at that time. From 1991 - 2003, I leased never considered leasing or buying another vehicle. As a matter of fact, Teri was new to the dealership at that time. From 1991 - 2003, I leased a Legend followed by the RL. In 2003, I purchased my own vehicle, an MDX touring model. It was only 2 weeks ago with 163,000 miles on the MDX, that I decided I wanted to purchase another MDX. I was torn because my 2003 was still running great! The service department has been excellent in scheduling my routine maintenance and providing a loaner so I could have access to a vehicle during the day. Dave and Brian have been there as long as I can remember. The extended hours complemented my work schedule. The sales department is very professional and responsive. I emailed Teri inquiring about 2012 MDX availability. Within minutes she responded and the next day my paperwork was beig processed. Teri is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions. Like I said, I had a hard time parting with my 2003, but I never felt I was being pushed into a sale. I now have almost 800 miles on the new MDX. Another great decision! More
