In accordance with Michigan state law, we are unable to sell a vehicle without a Michigan title present. On few occasions, vehicles arrive at the dealership ahead of their titles. While our sales people are trained to communicate to this to our customers, we choose to make our inventory available for sale immediately. Although he failed to do so, we feel Dan made an honest mistake. Once Dan's mistake was realized, our sales manager personally called to address your concerns and offer compensation for your inconvenience. We then continued to follow up with you until we received the title and could complete delivery. We do not categorize the mistake as unprofressional but have taken steps in hope of preventing future situations like this.

It is no secret dealerships have additional tax, titles, and fees applied to the price of their vehicles. Instead of applying a trivial item, such as a pinstripe, we choose to supply a product that provides a viable benefit to our customers. We are transparent about our fees and make sure to disclose all benefits to the customer. By doing so we, have confirmed that many have received discounts on their auto insurance policies.
