Tonya stayed in contact to confirm delivery/meeting and responded quickly to my questions. The next day, employees drove the car 2 hours to meet us and let us drive it. If we didn’t want the car, no big deal, they would drive it back and tear up the paperwork. We loved the car! It was clean and everything we had been told over the phone and in pictures was accurate! She gave us a list of their inventory which included all the pertinent information a buyer would need, and told us we find one that we would like to take for a test drive to come and see her inside the office. After finding a few....went inside and met with Kim. She was very honest about the way Schafer handles their inventory and their prices. As a buyer I felt very comfortable with purchasing a vehicle from them.
