I brought my F150 to the service department to be fixed. They lied about what was done then the manager swore to it. I kept my voice down and spoke kindly to the manager on the phone. Since he had no way of justifying his employees’ actions, he hung up on me. If you want to be ripped off, then take your vehicles to this place to have it serviced. Then you will have to take it to another service department that knows how to fix vehicles. I wouldn't recommend their service department to work on a bicycle, much less my vehicle. All your lying will not go unnoticed and will eventually catch up to you. The BBB will be aware of how unethical this business is. More

Let me say Scenic Ford was worth every minute of the drive. This was by far the best and quickest car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Our salesman was Jeff Wall and I could not recommend him enough! He was kind and straight to the point. Jeff even stayed after closing time to go over all the bells and whistles on our new expedition. There was no runaround, the folks at Scenic Ford are as honest and kind as they come. We wish they were closer so we could use their service department. We will definitely make the drive again when we need another vehicle. More

Misleading advertising, ethics issues and sold a car that had to have the transmission replaced within a week. We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler for this dealer ship just a few weeks ago. I searched far and wide across the state and did a lot of research before making my purchase- came to find out the warranty advertised with the vehicle was not valid - although part of the listing. It was false, misleading, despite a tiny disclaimer at the bottom of each web page. We were pretty upset, but already so vested so decided to still make the purchase. Big mistake, the integrity issues continued. We were assured the car was in great shape and just came out of inspections in their service department. Within a week, the check engine light was on and we took the vehicle to the Jeep dealership near us to get it checked out. We’ve been told the entire transmission needs to be replaced. How does this happen? How is this missed in a vehicle that was just inspected? We paid 40k plus for something that had such a substantial mechanical issues. This is a branding, reliability, integrity, ethics issues. Please beware when dealing with this dealership. On top of this, instead of apologizing - after we shared this with the dealership, the sales manager called my husband and started arguing with him over the phone- there was no offer to help or cover, he refused to take responsibility for selling us something with this big of an issue. Who does this? He also refuses to take accountability for the false advertising on their website. This is an good old boy mentality and man does not understand the power of social media and digital marketing. This experience has been terrible through and through and I hope this does not happen to others. More
We have gone here for several different Ford vehicles,this place always has some type of excuse as to why they can't work on our vehicles,I figured out that the older Ford vehicles they don't wa vehicles,this place always has some type of excuse as to why they can't work on our vehicles,I figured out that the older Ford vehicles they don't want to work on them,the guy at the counter was nodding out at the desk,he didn't even give us a chance to have our vehicle diagnosed,he just said oh well you should just take it to so and so...I think if my vehicle is to old 1998,2006,2010 to be worked on well it's to old to keep bringing my vehicles for oil changes at your business,I'll go elsewhere.Its quite ridiculous that I want to have my vehicles serviced at the ford dealership because they are all 3 Ford and they will not work on them,just expect to be turned away if you have older vehicles. More
I did not purchase the 2021 ford edge I inquired about but my experience with this dealership was excellent. They communicated with me promptly and made an excellent offer on my trade in vehicle.
