When we got there they told us they sold the truck we wanted and we didn’t want that truck anyways because it had problems. Bad communication all around from sales to management. They do not stand by there word. Find another dealership that respects your time and respect people. They didn’t just tell lies to us but to others that day. We wasted a Saturday driving 7 hours in traffic on I-77, a tank of gas, time spent on the phone talking to them and time spent at the dealership with them trying to sell us a new truck so they could profit from our huge downpayment. More
