I contacted the dealership to handle a recall as well as schedule an appointment for a heater core flush. I specifically asked if they perform heater core flushes. I had recently had a coolant flush and wan schedule an appointment for a heater core flush. I specifically asked if they perform heater core flushes. I had recently had a coolant flush and wanted to make certain they understood what I was asking for and that I knew what I was asking for. Which was a heater core flush. The advisor assured me that I would be coming in for a heater core flush. When I arrived for the appointment, the advisor confirmed my appointment and that I was there for a heater core flush. However, when my car was ready and I went to check out, the invoice said "coolant flush" and I questioned it. They informed me that they did in fact do a coolant flush but they focused on the heater core. I emailed the dealership when I got home about the situation. They again admitted not doing the service I asked for, told me I could come back and they would do a heater core flush for "free". I requested a refund resolution and they refused. My bank has requested a refund and they have refused. BBB requested a refund, they refused. Since leaving the dealership I had the guys at the shop where I work flush my heater core for me and a lot of gunk came out. So not only do they admit to me in email that they didn't do the service, it was obvious with all the gunk that came out when the shop I work at flushed it, that the dealership was definitely telling the truth when they said they DID NOT DO IT. I am 80 years old have purchased many NEW GM vehicles, beginning in 1968 with a Chevrolet and I can list all although your record show all my purchases. If I live long enough (my wife will) to purchase another vehicle, should I resort to what my very intelligent children do and purchase a Lexus, Nissan, Toyota, BMW (few of which I cant afford) or something else highly rated by Consumer Reports More
It's always a good experience to have a service done on my truck by the guys in the service department. They go out of their way to make sure my truck gets the attention it needs, Ben and his team are exce my truck by the guys in the service department. They go out of their way to make sure my truck gets the attention it needs, Ben and his team are exceptional when it comes to customer care: not just because it's their job; it's because they like what they do and are good at it. They treat my truck as if it were their own and that goes for the guys in the bays as well. I am at ease every time I leave... that says it all!! More
Had to have my transmission replaced and the service department was excellent. They were professional and courteous. They were super at locating a replacement for me and scheduled it super fast.
