NEVER AGAIN WARNING The mechanics either don't know what they're doing or they are a bunch of crooks. I've had 4 major jobs done in the last 2 months (1st job...f WARNING The mechanics either don't know what they're doing or they are a bunch of crooks. I've had 4 major jobs done in the last 2 months (1st job...feul injector- I was using 89 instead of 87 so that explains why job had to get done in the first place but they left my cars engine hesitating on acceleration after that job ... then rotors became warped out of nowhere so brakes have to be replaced with that....ok....then its my front bushings and the entire lower control arm has to be replaced with that) Got it replaced. I took a step back and realized there's something wrong here. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion and there's no reason for my car to have had so many problems. Each time I had my vehicle serviced I left with a new problem so be careful with them. Last time I went right after I had the bushings replaced, all of a sudden they claimed my rear bearings were worn. Oh no, somethings wrong here...I had it checked by 2 other Ford dealerships and they could not confirm. It turns out I just needed a wheel alignment. I wonder what else they've misdiagnosed. Thats very unprofessional. I learned my lesson. Lou and Charmaine in the service department wear their emotions on their sleeves so their customer service skills will not likely keep a smile on your face. Never again. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but you guys should know so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Take your business elsewhere. More

This was the first time i bought from scarsdale ford hoping for a similar experience to what ive had with honda dealerships. Me and my 55 year old mom went in and met a sales person by the name of Joe tarrantino. He was very nice to talk to and the sale was pleasant . This in fact is my concern. I feel like he tricked me by seemeingly being nice and lied to me. I leased a new car and he explained everything to me. The issue i have is that he told me that he would lower the price pf my down payment and i thought that was great , but what i didnt know was that he chatged me the deduction of my plates and i would have to pay it later on. He told me i would owe between 50 to 75 dollars for the plates. Its turned out to be over 400. I ended up getting 2 tickets for 135 rqch because i was trying to explain to Joe what he had promised. After speaking to the manager he had joes back and basically after they had my money i was screwed. I really wish i didnt buy this car from them. My last dealer gave me free mats and even oil changes on the house. Scarsdale ford is very direct and is only looking for money. Dont buy here!!!! More

Sorry." So after waiting all day that's the response I don't recommend this dealer and have all the emails and txt messages to back up my Displeasure of anyone wants to see them. More

Rude and Unprofessional I am writing this review about the Service department, NOT the Sales department. The Front desk individuals at the Service departments are Very Rude I am writing this review about the Service department, NOT the Sales department. The Front desk individuals at the Service departments are Very Rude and Unprofessional. They do not know how to talk professionally on phone or in person. I had an appointment for a NYS inpsection and had to wait over 3 hours, when people who had appointments after me with longer work were done before me. When questioned, very rudely the front desk person said, "your turn will come." If your are buying a car from Scarsdale Ford, find elsewhere for your service needs. More

Incompetence I had scheduled an online appointment to have my car serviced, since it is falling apart. I was able to choose a time and date to bring it in, and the time I chose was available. I was sent an e-mail the next day saying that they are booked up until the following week. No phone call. It's a good thing I checked my e-mail before I left, because if I had gotten there and was told that, I would've been more furious. Apparently scheduling an appointment that is available doesn't mean anything to the Scarsdale Ford service dept. The date should've been blacked out online if they were booked solid. I don't recommend using Scarsdale Ford for vehicle service. There is no point in making an appointment if they don't monitor, or uphold, their availability or appointment scheduler. I will NEVER go back to Scarsdale Ford. More
