I brought my Ford Shelby into this dealership for a repair covered under my warranty in early July and it STILL has not been fixed and it is now October. The dealership told me for months they were waiting to get the part in. I finally called Ford Shelby in Nevada who told me that the part was sitting at the dealer. Once I told the dealership, days later they said they made the repair. As soon as I drove out of their parking lot I realized that the problem was still there and they had not made the repair. They took the car back again and it is still sitting in their parking lot under tree branches getting scratched and rusted. Why it has taken FOUR months to make a car repair - with no estimated date of completion - is beyond me but I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get assistance. Buyer beware. More

I recently purchased a Pre-Owned 2018 Hyundai from this dealership in late July. I paid additional for a New Registration and plates. Now after 2 months of driving with temporary registration (now expired dealership in late July. I paid additional for a New Registration and plates. Now after 2 months of driving with temporary registration (now expired) I'm told by DMV that the appropriate paperwork was not completed + filed by dealership. Which is why I have not received or will receive a current Valid registration from DMV. Dealership refuses to take responsibility and is blaming DMV for paperwork not found on file to date. Now that they (Scarsdale Ford Dealership) have their Money, they will not even attempt to follow up on documents with DMV of Albany to find out what's happened. They only told me to be patient and 'If" I get pulled over and get a ticket, that they will re-imburse me. Which doesn't help my stress of driving a vehicle without proper Valid Registration. Also have been awaiting some compensation for needing to order a spare key + FOB programmed from Hyundai. Since Ford dealer, WHO SOLD ME THE USED VEHICLE WITH NO SPARE KEY, but refuses to have a new key cut or even re-imburse me to purchase a spare key. Not comfortable maintaining a vehicle long term with no spare key, if something happens with the ONE key I was given at time of Purchase. Very dissappointed that now that they have their Money and Sale, I am not worthy of any further customer service or follow up to resolve the missing Registration. More
On Friday, July 5th, I put a deposit of $500 on a 2020 Shelby GT500. I drove from RI to New York to look at the vehicle the following Monday. I was interested in the vehicle however I asked if the vehicle Shelby GT500. I drove from RI to New York to look at the vehicle the following Monday. I was interested in the vehicle however I asked if the vehicle was going to pass inspection since there seemed to be modifications to the vehicle. They checked and the vehicle failed inspection. I informed them that I was still interested in the vehicle however the issue needs to be resolved so keep me updated on the repair status. Both the Sales Manager and the Service Manager agreed. Per my discussions with them they took the vehicle in as a trade and didn't inspect the vehicle. Two weeks went by and I didn't receive any updates or return calls to my voicemails. I finally got a hold of the sales associate who told me the vehicle was sent to the auction and the manager should have informed me. I told her no one ever followed up with me and I need my $500 refund. Her response was well I'm with a customer so text me the info or come back to get your refund. Really!!! I'm going to drive from RI to NY for something that can be done over the phone? This dealership is very unprofessional...stay away! I've already reported them to my credit card bank and will be contacting Tasca Autogroup who just acquired Scarsdale Ford to report the issue. Very poor customer service!!! More
