However, as I have spent more time in the dealership (getting my free car wash every week), I have witnessed and overheard conversations between employees and customers and I have come to the conclusion that Scanlon Lexus' corporate culture is a "customer first - always" culture and though Billy IS an exception, so too is the entire dealership! Billy represented himself, the dealership, and the car we bought with complete integrety. Everything represented has proved to be true and all of our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Doug never made me feel pressured or rushed during the test driving of three different vehicles and as we discussed pricing, financing and leasing. I am happy to say, today I am driving a 2012 Lexus ES350! Thank you Doug for treating me with dignity and respect.
