Mr. Roberts, the story isn't very long. We had a one of a kind pre-owned ultra low mile 2015 RXh come in on trade. It was available to view when you visited but it was up on a lift getting serviced and it was late in the evening. We contacted you the very next day when it was finished being serviced and heading to be detailed. We asked you for an appointment to see it. You said you wanted to see it finished after it was detailed. It never got to be detailed, because someone else bought it due to how rare a car it was. We had a Manager call you directly to follow up with you to let you know the car was sold (Shaun). The story hasn't changed; sorry you missed out on the vehicle. We did promise to follow up if another unit comes in on trade that was similar.
