I am beyond impressed with the excellent customer service at Scanlon. I knew what I wanted and what I was comfortable with walking in the door and I needed someone to help and not haggle me. She was very helpful, to the point and knowledgeable in her field. She has me driving out in my mee car only a few hours later. Susan was also kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. They made it clear that our relationship did not end when I left the dealership but had only just begun. I look forward to working with them in the years to come. More

Scott did an outstanding job helping me work through their inventory of appropriate cars to determine which one best met my needs with in my budget. After. I settled on the vehicle, Scott introduced me to Susann. After discussing my finances, Susann discussed my financing options with Lexus (I already had financing in place) and improved my financing considerably. I am just blown away by how great this dealership is. This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from a dealership, but the first from Scanlon. We will never purchase another car from anywhere but Scanlon. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by salesman Ray Matthews who was polite, knowledgable, and not pushy at all. On our first trip, he spent nearly 4 hours with us while we test drove one SUV after another trying to find that "perfect" fit for our family. Ray was the most patient salesman we had ever dealt with. He gave us lots of time to discuss things on our own without pressuring us into the sale. The lobby area was perfect for our 3 year old son. The receptionist Brook was amazing at helping keeping him busy while juggling her other duties. Mark Wozny (who we didn't even know at the time was the Sales Manager) was also great and extremely accomodating. We loved a few of the models that we drove, but we ended up leaving without buying anything that afternoon because we still had two dealerships that we wanted to visit the next day. We felt absolutely no pressure in leaving without buying anything, but in my heart I knew that this was going to be the dealership that we purchased a vehicle from. After wasting the entire following day looking at different dealerships, there was absolutely no comparison. We ended up returning to Scanlon just before closing time and purchasing a beautiful RX 350 SUV. The process was amazing and quick. Mark Wozny dealt with us directly and fairly. There was none of the 2 hour back and forth "let me check with the manager" that we had dealt with at other dealerships. Susann Nogales was extremely proficient in getting the financing approved and all of the other paperwork completed. The process was absolutely flawless. I can't thank Ray Matthews, Mark Wozny, Susann Nogales and Brook enough for everything they did for us. GM William Smith was amazing and helped keep our 3 year old busy with a nice toy car while we signed our paperwork. This dealership is filled with professionals and is just amazing to deal with. Because our car wasn't detailed yet, we were sent home in a beautiful loaner vehicle from the dealership. The car was ready to go and perfect the following morning. We will never again waste our time looking at other dealerships. When the time comes for my parents to replace their vehicle, we will be recommending Scanlon Lexus. I just bought a new 2013 ES 350 and I had the good fortune to work with Ray Matthews who was professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him as a sales associate! Finally, Susann Nogales is an absolute treasure. She was excellent in her customer services and extremely knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to work with as well. More

IT specialist Robin Francis made setting up apps on the car a breeze. He made all the technology easy to work with and understand. Sales Manger Denny Koenig was very thorough and made the process easy to deal with it. This is great dealership, overall, and I'm looking forward to many more years of outstanding customer service. After looking for a first car for months, my dad and I stopped at Scanlon Lexus, seeing that they had very nice used cars available on their website. We were immediately greeted by Scott Purgaric who was very nice and understood that it was a first car so we were looking for a decent price. He asked what type of car i was interested in and brought us to two different cars that were both perfect for me and fit what we had told him we wanted exactly. We test drove both cars and i instantly fell in love with the sporty little Pontiac G5. We came back to get it the next morning and he had the car cleaned for us and even called the insurance company for us and got everything we needed sorted out to make buying the car and taking it home easy! Every once in a while he'll call to check in and make sure there are no problems and answer questions we have about the car which is very helpful. Its been a few weeks now and there are no problems with the car, it is just as perfect as it was when we bought it and I'm in love with it! Best first car ever! When I'm looking to buy myself a nice new Lexus in the future I'll be sure to come back! If you can see this thank you sosososoooo much, Scott!!! More

I purchased a 2005 RX330 from this dealership earlier this year, Shaun Volkmann was the internet sales person I worked with. A completely painless experience using my own credit union for financing. My dealings with this dealership were superior, and I came back a second time this month. While walking the lot as my RX330 was being serviced - I noticed a 2006 LS430 in pretty nice condition. I spoke with Shaun and discovered he had been promoted - but offered to connect me with a sales person. I worked with Doug Cahn to purchase this vehicle - and again had exceptional service. As a special consideration on this deal, Doug was able to make the vehicle available to me on time Saturday, even though there were some outstanding items that management typically required to release the vehicle. Being a repeat customer, I can attest that I have had two solid and professional experiences with this dealership. Included in the package - a three year warrant on this particular vehicle, lifetime free oil changes, and pick-up/drop-off service to my doorstep with a loaner vehcile as required to support maintenance activities as long as I own this vehicle. Can't imagine it getting any better - but I look forward to my next purchase at Scanlon. More
