Had received a call that Lexus was offering early turn in of our leased Lexus. Started us thinking about a new car. Visited several other brand dealerships. (had owned a Lexus for many, many years and was ready for a change). Mark , the Sales Mgr. called me personally and wanted us to come back and talk. We have been dealing with Scanlon since moving to Fl in 2007 and was very pleased with the service dep't. My husband was having Dental Surgery in the area of Scanlon and I was killing time. Needed the car washed, so I went over to the dealership. While waiting for the car to be washed, I met Mark, nice guy, who introduced me to Ray Mathews. What a great guy. Has the patience of a "SAINT". Low keyed, extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. He knew we were only interested in the RX350. Only one color appealed to me (Claret). They had 2 on the lot , both fully loaded and more than we wanted to spend. I told Ray that was the only car I would consider. Long story short, Ray & Mark made me an offer I could not refuse. It was the last day of the promotion. So, a deal was made. My husband kids me now that he hopes he does not need anymore dental surgery! More
The reason I chose to return to Scanlon Lexus to purchase my new ES350 was because of the outstanding service they provide. Dan Hoffman is my service consultant and has always been very professional and prompt in handling any service issues. Doug Cahn was my sales consultant on this purchase and did a great job in explaining the features of the ES. Doug is a true professional and made me feel good about my purchase. Heather came out to us as we were looking at the Lexus RX350. I was looking for a new car for my wife and she fell in love with a 2012 Demo that they had on the lot, we took a test drive with Heather and RX350. I have been in the Insurance business for over 42 years and have purchased many cars over the years and I must say Heather was the best sales rep I had the pleasure of dealing with. The people at Scanlon Lexus were all so friendly and Bob Sodaker in the service center went out of his way to take care of some cake on mud under the vehicle. Heather delivered the car to our home with a large red ribbon attached to the vehicle celebrating my wifes birthday. Thanks again Scanlon you got a great staff. Without qualifications, my visit to Scanlon LEXUS to "look" at a Lexus LS460 turned out to be the BEST car- BUYING experience I've ever had, and I have bought dozens of cars. Scott Purgaric , my "Maste "look" at a Lexus LS460 turned out to be the BEST car- BUYING experience I've ever had, and I have bought dozens of cars. Scott Purgaric , my "Master Certified Lexus Sales & Leasing Professional" was exceptional. He answered all of my questions honestly and within about thirty minutes, I had been given a very fair trade price on my car and, I decided to buy the car. This event took place at 5:00pm on a Saturday. I told Scott I wanted the car that day--not Monday--and he informed me I would have it. He and the Finance Manager, Billy Dunn, (another exceptional Scanlon employee) stayed until almost 7:00pm to make it all happen. I left the dealership with a beautiful Lexus LS 460. Suggestion: Don't waste time and endure aggravation when searching for a car; start at Scanlon Lexus. If they don't have what you want, they'll find it and, they will be fair. More

My wife and I purchased a certified Lexus RX 350 on March 21. I had gone to Scanlon to view their inventory and was met by Ray Matthews. We took a test drive of the vehicle I eventually purchased. Ray answered all of my questions and proved to be knowledgeable of all aspects of the RX 350. When I came in the next day to discuss the price, Ray was busy with another customer. Scott Purgaric noticed I was waiting. He sat down with me and gave me the information I was looking for, even though I was not his customer. I appreciated that as I did not "waste" time waiting for Ray. I also met with Denny Koenig, the used car sales manager. He offered me a price that I considered a fair deal in making the purchase. He was quite personable and took time with me even though he was quite busy at that particular time. The next day I brought my wife and we met Billy Dunn (Business Manager) after we decided to make the deal. He went through the his part of the paperwork process in a smooth and orderly fashion. Every aspect of the deal was explained before any papers were signed. Ray went over the vehicle with my wife and I quite thoroughly. Again, all questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. He made sure we knew all key components before finishing our "tutorial". Lastly, Ray introduced us to Doug, the service manager. He briefed us on how we will access service and what services we would need, and when that service should be performed. He was quite helpful. All in all, our experience with Scanlon Lexus was a positive, pleasant experience. We are pleased with our 350 RX and and the people we associated with during the entire process. Mike and Maria B. the moment i walked into the dealership i was greeted by heather with a smile and a handshake. she was very professional and asked me a few questions to steer me to the right vehicle that i was looking for. heather with a smile and a handshake. she was very professional and asked me a few questions to steer me to the right vehicle that i was looking for. after i picked one out i was then introduced to this wonderful sales manager, marc wozy, who was able to guide me thru all my questions about my payments and what ever paper work i would need to make the process as simple as possible..once i was approved, i then met suzanne who was the financial expert who explained all the little points on my contract so that there were no t's not crossed, or i's not dotted. when i took delivery, heather gave me a complete run down on the car explaining all the little bugs and whistles that i needed to know to drive off the lot with confidence. i have been back twice just for the car wash...love it, easiest car buying experience i've ever had....
