Lexus of Ft Myers has added a new technoligy service that I find invaluable. He had a terrific way of explaining the navigation options.Today, keeping up with technology is no longer a choice. It is a necessity. Kirsten was fantastic, easy going didn't get flustered when I worked her for every penny.I have to say it was the least stressful car deal I have ever been part of. In 2012, I was looking for a luxury vehicle and stopped in a Mercedes of Fort Myers. My experience there was terrible and I felt disheartened upon leaving. My past year of dealing with Lexus as a member of their Preferred Customer program entitled me to free car washes and oil changes. I have grown to the know the "Lexus family" and last week I purchased my second Lexus. Once again, a worry-free and professional experience. I LOVE my Lexus and will never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else. More
This is the second new car we have bought from Scanlon Lexus in the last two years and, on both occasions, our salesman was Ray Matthews. In fact, we specifically asked for him the second time around. He has a low-key, low-pressure and friendly style that made my wife and I feel like truly valued customers. Ray went out of his way to provide outstanding service and make sure that we were completely satisfied with the purchase process throughout. Couple that with the fact that sales manager Marc Wozny also treated us like valued customers. He handled the price negotiation both upfront and professionally, and treated us like intelligent people with the result that a deal was struck reasonably quickly and that we were pleased with the final outcome. And, as the frosting on the cake, business manager Susann Nogales, took the time to walk us through the entire paperwork process thoroughly, efficiently and pleasantly making sure that we clearly understood the various documents we were required to sign and ensuring that the numbers were accurate and consistent with the deal that we had agreed to. My wife and I have bought at least twenty new cars over our 47 years of marriage, and this was one of the most positive, if not the most positive, car purchase we've ever had. Thanks to Ray, Marc and Susann for both a great car and a great buying experience!! More
I purchase my Is 250 and had a great experience with that. My complaint is for what happened just 8 months after my purchase. I started noticing that my cars headlights started getting very foggy and brought the vehicle in to Scanlon Lexus. I was informed that there was nothing wrong with my headlights. I was not satisfied with the response I received from the dealer and contacted Lexus directly. I was then told that I would have to contact Scanlon. Scanlon again reviewed the vehicle and insisted that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle but offered to have the headlights cleaned like you would do with a used car purchased at a buy here pay here dealer. I have owned less expensive vehicles in the past and have received better service to defects in workmanship. Although I have owned two Lexus vehicles in the past, I cannot recommend the experience I received from Lexus this time. I am currently in the process of selling my $30k car just8 months after I purchased it and seriously considering another car manufacturer and dealer. More

One of our best experiences ever in purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Matthews is indeed a Master sales person. He walked us through the process with the greatest of ease and expertise. We came into the dealership about an hour and a half before closing. When quitting time arrived Mr. Matthews continue to give us outstanding consumer service pass closing time. Mr. Matthews left us with such a positive experience that we return three days later to purchase our LS460. I would like to take the time to share the wonderful experience I had purchasing my vehicle from Scanlon Lexus. I live in North Carolina & I was in search of a 2010 LS 460 Lexus (black on black with the experience I had purchasing my vehicle from Scanlon Lexus. One afternoon I happen to stumble across the Scanlon Lexus website and began to view the vehicles that were for sale. I found the one that I had been looking for and I immediately called the dealership. Mr Wagner Brenes answered the telephone and from that moment on it was smooth sailing. Wagner responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely matter. He kept me informed throughout the entire buying process. Susan Nogales also played an important role making sure all my paper work was correct. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to Scanlon Lexus ! ! ! A+++++++++++ More
We leased a new 2013 ES350 from Scanlon on Sat. 5/4. We dealt with Gary Behnken. This was our second transaction with Gary. Previously we had leased a 2010 ES350. They bought the car out of the lease early and put us into the 2013 at a very good price. Gary was wonderful to deal with, again. All the staff with whom we interacted with were great as well. This was the best car buying experience that we have had on our 50 years of car buying. Highly recommend Scanlon and Gary Behnken. More
