Glen Bischoff made sure my previous Lexus was well cared for during the seven years I owned it. So, when I thought of replacing it Scanlon was the first placed I looked. AJ was gone but Ray was on the flo for during the seven years I owned it. So, when I thought of replacing it Scanlon was the first placed I looked. AJ was gone but Ray was on the floor and answered my questions last may, again in June without any pressure. also looked on line for the value of my car. The dealer in Naples contacted me over and over. This made Rays approach better. Rosie is not listed above but she is a real asset. More

I just picked up my fourth Lexus, an ES300h (RX350, I just picked up my fourth Lexus, an ES300h (RX350, GS300, HS250h) and third from Scanlon Lexus in Fort Myers. I have never written a review before I just picked up my fourth Lexus, an ES300h (RX350, GS300, HS250h) and third from Scanlon Lexus in Fort Myers. I have never written a review before but my entire experience was so positive I felt compelled to share it with others who may be looking for a Lexus, or any other premium car, in Southwest Florida. I pulled into Scanlon and met Raymond (Ray) Matthews III who is a "Master Certified" Sales &" Leasing Consultant. I quickly learned through conversation with Ray that he was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with several makes and models of cars including Lexus. After asking me a few questions about my situation, newly retired, cash flow important, a positive experience with hybrids (nearly 100,000 miles on my HS250h) he showed me the new ES300h. He explained the benefits of the design features and took me for a test drive. What Ray did not know was that when I pulled into Scanlon I was on my way to complete the paperwork and take delivery of a BMW. I obviously really liked the car so asked Ray what kind of pricing he could work out with my trade. He worked with the finance team but given my newly retired status they suggested a lease. I had not leased a car since the 1980's. Ray is a very consultative oriented professional and I felt he actually worked with me and for me to get the best deal. It was difficult for me to make the phone call to the BMW dealership but despite their disappointment they were professional and gracious. It also helps that my wife greatly prefers the Lexus comfort to the BMW sportiness. I highly recommend that you call Scanlon Lexus and ask for Ray Matthews to help you in your next vehicle search. I also want to commend Susann Nogales their business manager who professionally and patiently explained all the different service options available too me. Unlike the hard sell I had experienced at other dealerships, she just helped guide me to the best decision for my situation by sharing the pros and cons of each option package. Finally, the service department at Scanlon has always been great or I would not have gone back for a third time. Anyway, I hope this helps someone else get the same positive experience I just had at Scanlon Lexus with Ray and Susann. More
My experience started via telephone with Ken Lucas, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I got to the dealership, Ken was busy with another customer but didn't want me to wait so Robin actua was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He then set me up with Ray who went above and beyond to assist me. Ray was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient and most importantly not pushy or annoying! Ray stayed with me through the whole process while Ken and Robin also checked in on me. I felt very valued and taken care of. From the numbers that Ken and I discussed on the phone to my working with Ray, those numbers never changed, which was extremely refreshing.... I then met with Susann in the Busines/Finance office and she was extremely helpful and great to work with. She processed all of my paperwork and got me in my new car efficiently and again, at the numbers that we had discussed all along. All of the employees that I worked with and/or met, Ken, Ray, Robin, Susann and Denny, all were extremely professional, trustworthy, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They truly believe in the Lexus brand and customer satisfaction. Again, this team was a breath of fresh air to deal with and will be my go-to dealer for my next vehicle! More
