We just leased our new 2014 Lexus RX 350, the third Lexus we have purchased/leased from Scanlon Lexus in Fort Myers, FL. Our salesman, Ray Matthews, took care of us for each of these sales, including the mo we have purchased/leased from Scanlon Lexus in Fort Myers, FL. Our salesman, Ray Matthews, took care of us for each of these sales, including the most recent. Ray is a pleasure to work with. His demeanor is low key and very professional. He truly goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with every aspect of the transaction. Ray is an asset to the Scanlon organization. Susann Nogales, Business Manager at Scanlon Lexus, made completing the transaction easy and pleasant. She handled all of the paperwork details in an efficient and professional manner. She was able to answer all of our questions, and was also a pleasure to work with. Doug Grollmus has been our Lexus service advisor since 2005. Doug has always given us the very best of advice to keep our Lexus vehicles in top operating condition. His extensive expertise gives us total confidence when we take our Lexus vehicles to Scanlon Lexus for service. In summary, we have used several different Lexus dealerships in various parts of the country, both for vehicle purchase and vehicle service. I had a great experience with Paul. I researched the car on auto trader which lead me to Scanlon Lexus. In all my years of car buying I never met a car salesman like Paul Melendez. As i walked into the dealership I was approached by Paul with a smile and a firm handshake. After talking to him for 20 minutes I like Paul Melendez. As i walked into the dealership I was approached by Paul with a smile and a firm handshake. Paul Melendez was very professional and went out of his way to develop a relationship with me regardless of whether I bought a car or not. When I first met Paul, the car I had hoped to buy was under negoti way to develop a relationship with me regardless of whether I bought a car or not. When I first met Paul, the car I had hoped to buy was under negotiation when I showed up and later sold. The thing that impressed me the most was he followed up with me a month later when he found the car I was looking for and I bought it. This kind of attention to detail will cause me to recommend him in the future. Not only through this process did I buy a car, but I gained a lifelong friend in the process. Thank you Paul! During these times of gas prices going over the roof, we decided it was time for us to consider a "Hybrid" vehicle. We considered many makes and models but research proved that Lexus CT 200h Sport Sedan wa decided it was time for us to consider a "Hybrid" vehicle. We considered many makes and models but research proved that Lexus CT 200h Sport Sedan was the vehicle for us. New to this dealership, but not to purchasing a Lexus, we were lucky to have been able to establish a remarkable relationship with Paul Melendez. His sincerity and professionalism was very refreshing to say the least. He has made a believer out of us and a continued customer of Scanlon Lexus. Paul is one of those people that can make a cloudy day fill with sunshine just by his smile. I was greeted with a sincere smile and a handshake by Ray Matthews. A real gentleman who knows when to listen and when to speak. He listened to my list of 3 used cars I had researched online, asked me to ple Matthews. A real gentleman who knows when to listen and when to speak. He listened to my list of 3 used cars I had researched online, asked me to please have a (very comfortable) seat while he promptly got the keys and a plate. He brought each car to the front door valet style, gave me time to look it over and came along when I was ready to test drive them. He answered a few questions while we drove and pointed out a few features but didn't bombard me with too much info. He also gave me time to look the car over again before moving onto the next car. Very knowledgeable about the brand and the dealership's benefits. He allowed me to leave without undue pressure to close the deal right then. He promptly sent a thank you email, which was waiting for me when I arrived home. I spoke with internet manager Shaun Volkman about the pricing. He listened carefully and addressed my concerns and reasons for a negotiation, gave me a fair price that I was happy with. I came back the next day to close on the car I liked best. All in all, a great experience with a great salesman and manager. More

Ray did a great job without pressure. Met lots of friend while waiting who are pleased with scanlon Lexus. Lots to do in the waiting room. Had difficulty using this sight.
