Awesome Experience I had some interest in a Mini Cooper at their facility and my poor car was on the last legs of it's long yet very fulfilled life. Paul was there to help me through the process easily. I was hesitant because this was the first time I have purchased a car directly though a dealer. Paul was quick to get me on a test drive, very comfortable with explaining everything as it was my first time, and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable answering any questions I had, and addressing any concerns. He made me feel welcomed, less anxious, and took away all the fears I had of buying from a dealership. Overall, he made the car buying experience quick and painless. Outstanding Service My husband and I were looking to trade in my 2006 RX330 for a new RX350. We had conducted research on the trade in value and prices on the internet. My husband and I were looking to trade in my 2006 RX330 for a new RX350. We had conducted research on the trade in value and prices on the internet. Upon searching the car inventory at Scanlon Lexus, I submitted an inquiry. I received a prompt response from Annette. Thereafter, Annette stayed in touch, with timely responses to all my questions. We met her the next day at Scanlon lexus, Fort Myers where we met her team members Doug and Susan and Marc, her sales manager. We were treated fairly,courteously and with great respect during our negotiations. When an unexpected glitch happened that precluded the purchase of the first RX I had chosen, they worked tirelessly and patiently to find a replacement within a day. Despite taking a lot of time to program and prepare the first vehicle that I did not take, Annette, Doug And Susan and Marc gave us the same great attention and service with preparing my 2015 RX 350 that I did purchase. In the interim, my husband became interested in trading in his vehicle for a 2014 ES300H. Again, Annette, Susan, Doug and Marc treated us fairly, promptly and with great courtesy. We researched the internet and located a vehicle at Scanlon Lexus and submitted an inquiry. Annette Keohane readily responded and followed up on all our questions. We then visited the dealership where we met her team: Doug Cahn, Susan Nogales and Marc Wozny, sales manager. Annette patiently showed us and explained the features of the several RX350s. When an unexpected glitch precluded us from acquiring the vehicle we had selected, Annette, Doug, Susan and Marc worked hard to and timely located another RX350 that was exactly what I wanted. We were treated with respect and timely informed throughout the process. During this time, my husband became interested in trading in his vehicle and leasing a 2014 ES300H. Again, Annette spent considerable time explaining the vehicle. Likewise, Doug, Susan and Marc helped to make the deal a pleasurable experience. Best car buying experience ever This is the eighth time I've bought a car from a dealer, but I wish all the other experiences were just like this one. This was also second time I've done a long-distance car purchase. What first impressed me was when I asked the Scanlon sales rep (Wagner Brenes) for detailed info about the car and installed options, instead of the vague information I received from other Lexus dealers, he sent me a copy of the actual window sticker that was on the car when it was new (so there was no guessing). Sadly I was told the car I wanted had a pending sale, but that I would be contacted if the deal fell through. Sure enough, a couple of weeks later the same car was available again and Wagner contacted me immediately. I sent my car inspector out and all went well, but there were a few issues (small door ding, a couple of hood scratches to be buffed out, mis-aligned carpet, etc.) I wanted taken care of for the agreed upon price. Everything was fixed quickly and completely to my satisfaction. For a small fee, Scanlon even took care of the California DMV paperwork, and also found an auto transport company to ship the car to me for same price and sooner than I could get it shipped on my own. Pleasantly surprised! Car buying experiences can be more of a hassle sometimes than it is worth and this was my feeling when my wife wanted to test drive a car at Scanlon L Car buying experiences can be more of a hassle sometimes than it is worth and this was my feeling when my wife wanted to test drive a car at Scanlon Lexus. I was traveling for work so my wife went by herself and met Ken Lucas, our salesperson. She liked the car but we were skeptical whether or not we would reach an agreement on the price of the vehicle we were interested in and a fair price for our trade. After a few phone calls, Ken persuaded me to come in and promised I would leave with the car my wife wanted at the price I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership I was impressed with the facility but more so with the staff that greeted me. Normally you are swarmed by salespeople that quite frankly seem disappointed when you ask for someone but not here. I asked to speak to Ken and was offered a beverage while Ken was located.....I immediately felt comfortable. Ken introduced himself and had the car ready for me to drive and had the Sales Manager ready to look at my car. Ken was informative during the test drive about the car and discussed other options, giving me positives and negatives about the car I was driving and other similar vehicles. When we returned to the dealership my car had already been appraised and within 5-10 minutes we were at the numbers I requested. Ken then brought out Robin to work on the financing. Robin discussed options for financing and asked where I needed to be on a rate and in a short time came back with the rate I requested. I ended up buying a paint protector at a very reasonable cost from Robin and him and Ken were able to work with the Service Department on a Saturday afternoon to get it applied before I took delivery. As I said, I walked into the dealership skeptical and guarded because of previous experiences at different dealerships but Ken, Robin and the rest of the team at Scanlon left me happy and pleasantly surprised because they delivered on everything they promised. I would rate my experience with Ken and the team at Scanlon as one of my best ever car buying experiences. More

They were fun, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable. It was our first visit to the dealership to test drive their convertibles. We started with a 2010 pre-owned Lexus convertible and drove out with an amazing 2014 IS250 F-Sport convertible. It is exactly as Marc described it, "Mac Daddy!". Because we made the decision to purchase so late in the afternoon Ray, Marc and Susann stayed until 8PM to finish the purchase. We can't say enough nice things about them - thank you Susann, Marc and Ray! More

This RX350 is the 12th car we have purchased or leased from this dealership and the experience gets better each and every time. From the greeting at the entrance to driving the vehicle off the lot.When we entered the building Mr Wozny left his office and greeted myself and my wife as soon as he spotted us in the showroom and expressed how glad he is to have us in the Lexus family. I know he is a very busy man and I was impressed by his graciousness and the warm welcome we were given. He arranged the sales price to meet our budget, assigned a new salesperson (excellent by the way), gave us a tour of the new building and in general was incredible to work with on Saturday, June 14th, 2014.The quality of the brand speaks for itself but the sales and service we get at Scanlon Lexus is far above that of any dealership I have ever used. I will be a Lexus client forever because of the quality of their staff ( and I love the cars). I must commend Lexus on their apparent path to perfection. You clearly have the right philosophy so keep it going. More
