Great car, great salesman, great dealership I picked up my car today at the dealership and would like to let everyone know what a first class dealership Scanlon Lexus is. Wagner, my salesman was I picked up my car today at the dealership and would like to let everyone know what a first class dealership Scanlon Lexus is. Wagner, my salesman was a pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I purchased the car on the phone, sight unseen and was really impressed with this dealership. The car was ready when we arrived and was detailed and full of gas. The paper work was ready and the whole process did not take thirty minutes. I buy a lot of cars and this dealership stands out. He was very professional and friendly he treated us like family.It was a very reassuring experience.I felt very happy and comfortable.I would recommend him to any new buyer. Sussan Nogales was our financial personnel and she new exactly what we wanted to pay and where we wanted to be with our payments and she made it happen. Ray sold me my last 3 cars and he is very knowledgeab I just purchased my fourth Lexus from Scanlon Lexus; I obviously love Lexus and this dealership. Ray sold me my last 3 cars and he is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendly. Every time I am on the service schedule he notices it and calls me to ensure that I was happy with my service. Ray greets me in the showroom when I come in for a complimentary wash and follows up promptly when I have questions. He is so professional and cares about each of his customers so that he knows what they like. Robin Francis handled the paperwork very professionally and explained everything well. Bill Smith runs an amazing team and always greets me with a big smile and asks if there is anything he can do for me. Bruce Hartman has been my service representative for years and always takes great care of me and my car. Darrin Fordiani has sold me parts and always takes excellent care of me. If he has to order something, he follows up and calls me as soon as it's in. Amazing service! Kudos to my Scanlon Lexus team! They are why I keep returning and I consider them family.
