Used car buyers are second rate customers at Scanlon I got the car I wanted but I feel taken advantage of. I was shuffled between sales people, my loan process didn't even begin until after the doors cl I got the car I wanted but I feel taken advantage of. I was shuffled between sales people, my loan process didn't even begin until after the doors closed at 8pm on a Sunday. They skipped someone ahead of me to financing and I was forced to make knee jerk decisions on my loan and extended warranty because of it. PLUS I spent money I didn't need to because they had a new tag issued without asking if I wanted to my current tag. I over paid for my extended warranty bc no one let me review it prior to the decision making process. I started the financing process at 2pm and didnt get to see anyone to ask any important questions until 8pm. My best friend is buying a new Lexus in the next month and she will not be going there after my ordeal. More

Amazing I found myself in immediate car buying market. I knew I wanted a Lexus but I also knew I had a budget to stick with. I saw a few quality certified pre-owned ES 350 online and I sent an inquiry. I was immediately contacted my a very nice person named Doug Cahn through my preferred contact method of email. He wasn't pushy and he was extremely patient with me throughput the entire process including picking a lexus model, I never considered, financing through my credit union out of state (alot of patience with me on that 1), a trade I didn't even consider and finally outstanding customer service.
