Paul Melendez was so professional with his sales expertise and highly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions, and being VERY thorough when it came time to "teach" (explain to) us all about our newest Lexus, our 2015 LX. Personally, I am not very "technology savvy", yet once he was explaining things to us, he even took the time to teach me easier ways to use my iPhone with it's voice technology! What a PLUS! Used car buyers are second rate customers at Scanlon I got the car I wanted but I feel taken advantage of. I was shuffled between sales people, my loan process didn't even begin until after the doors cl I got the car I wanted but I feel taken advantage of. I was shuffled between sales people, my loan process didn't even begin until after the doors closed at 8pm on a Sunday. They skipped someone ahead of me to financing and I was forced to make knee jerk decisions on my loan and extended warranty because of it. PLUS I spent money I didn't need to because they had a new tag issued without asking if I wanted to my current tag. I over paid for my extended warranty bc no one let me review it prior to the decision making process. I started the financing process at 2pm and didnt get to see anyone to ask any important questions until 8pm. My best friend is buying a new Lexus in the next month and she will not be going there after my ordeal. More
