But after meeting with Doug Cahn and test driving the RX-350 I was amazed at how wonderful the vehicle drove. Doug answered all of my questions and was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the Lexus brand. Even more impressive was after purchasing the vehicle from Scanlon, I had a few minor questions regarding the car and reached out to the dealership a few weeks late for some clarity. I left a voicemail but then thought, Let me just call Doug!". He picked up on the second ring and was able to answer all of my questions with no issues. Now that is true customer service! Kirsten welcomed us in when we arrived at the dealership and was eager to help us get our trade-in value and take the Sequoia for a test drive. Even though we had to leave before finishing the deal, Kirsten was patient and followed up with us over the next few days while we discussed whether the SUV was the right fit. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, Kirsten was able to get us a great trade-in value and final price on the Sequoia. She completed all the paperwork prior to our appointment to pick-up the vehicle, which made it easy when we came in with our two small kids!
