BUT - still under warranty with 35 000 miles the seats got bad wrinkles. No big deal I thought, the car is under warranty. This is normal, was the response we got from Scanlon Lexus in Fort Myers. At 45 000 miles and still under warranty the real deep cracks started to come. Normal wear and tear said Scanlon Lexus. They asked if my wife was heavy, I told she is petite. I my self is 180 pounds. Are we to heavy for the Lexus´ seats? Now, with 55 000 miles the seat is falling apart, the cracks look really bad. But Lexus denies any responsibility. This time they claim because we are the second owner. Maybe the dealership can provide us with a needle and my wife can stitch it together? Or is just this a misunderstanding that can be solved? With so many good reviews we are prepared to think so. More
