Second Chance! October 2014, I bought a Lexus IS 250 and absolutely LOVED it! A few months later, I found out I was expecting a child. I did a ton of research as I October 2014, I bought a Lexus IS 250 and absolutely LOVED it! A few months later, I found out I was expecting a child. I did a ton of research as I knew I wanted and needed to upgrade to an SUV. I though I interested in trading my Lexus for a Mercedes. So, that is exactly what I did. One day after I bought the Mercedes SUV I realized I made a huge mistake as I was simply not happy with the functionality or style of my Mercedes. I shamefully came back to the Scanlon dealership and found my dealer, Ken Lucas. He ensured me that all would be okay and he could find me my perfect SUV. I took my Mercedes back and canceled my contract. It was clear that the personal at Mercedes dealership was not interested in my satisfaction with a vehicle and only invested in the sale. This was quite evident as I was no treated kindly when I expressed my request. In the end, my transaction was canceled and I was able to return the Mercedes and get my IS back. Ken, along with several other team players at Scanlon, worked super hard and stayed super late on a week night to finalize my trade. I returned my IS in exchange for the RX. I am 100% satisfied with the decision I made and so pleased with the customer service I received from Scanlon Lexus. I feel like part of their family every time I enter their doors and am super happy they allowed me to have a second chance to be their proud customer. More

My best car buying experience ever! I did my homework on the invoice and sticker of the car I wanted to buy. I was expecting multiple exchanges and possibly another trip to the dealer. The short story is a drove home in a new car with a great deal and no hassle the same afternoon. Ray was most helpful and handled much of the leg work while did some errands and emptied the contents of my old car at home. More
