He was always available, friendly, courteous and was extremely low-pressure. He is a classic gentleman, an articulate salesperson and an excellent representative of the dealership. He patiently explained all the options in the myriad and confusing packages that Lexus offered in our model and when it came time to discuss pricing and payment, he and the sales manager really tried their best to make the sale work for us. It was successful and we are very happy with our new car. More

Second Chance! October 2014, I bought a Lexus IS 250 and absolutely LOVED it! A few months later, I found out I was expecting a child. I did a ton of research as I October 2014, I bought a Lexus IS 250 and absolutely LOVED it! A few months later, I found out I was expecting a child. I did a ton of research as I knew I wanted and needed to upgrade to an SUV. I though I interested in trading my Lexus for a Mercedes. So, that is exactly what I did. One day after I bought the Mercedes SUV I realized I made a huge mistake as I was simply not happy with the functionality or style of my Mercedes. I shamefully came back to the Scanlon dealership and found my dealer, Ken Lucas. He ensured me that all would be okay and he could find me my perfect SUV. I took my Mercedes back and canceled my contract. It was clear that the personal at Mercedes dealership was not interested in my satisfaction with a vehicle and only invested in the sale. This was quite evident as I was no treated kindly when I expressed my request. In the end, my transaction was canceled and I was able to return the Mercedes and get my IS back. Ken, along with several other team players at Scanlon, worked super hard and stayed super late on a week night to finalize my trade. I returned my IS in exchange for the RX. I am 100% satisfied with the decision I made and so pleased with the customer service I received from Scanlon Lexus. I feel like part of their family every time I enter their doors and am super happy they allowed me to have a second chance to be their proud customer. More

We priced 3 different dealerships before decided to drive an hour and a half to see Mr. Cahn. He's quite a gentlemen. He answered all our questions and more importantly he listened to our needs. We were treated with dignity, no pushy attitude. This is our 6th new cars, by far its the easiest transaction ever! Mr. Cahn was very friendly, so easy to talked to. My best car buying experience ever! I did my homework on the invoice and sticker of the car I wanted to buy. I was expecting multiple exchanges and possibly another trip to the dealer. The short story is a drove home in a new car with a great deal and no hassle the same afternoon. Ray was most helpful and handled much of the leg work while did some errands and emptied the contents of my old car at home. More
Leather seats cracs on 2011 RX350 normal according to Scanlo We love our 2011, Lexus RX350, from Scanlon, the best car/suv so far, beats the BMW, Audi and Mercedes we had before. BUT - still under warranty with We love our 2011, Lexus RX350, from Scanlon, the best car/suv so far, beats the BMW, Audi and Mercedes we had before. BUT - still under warranty with 35 000 miles the seats got bad wrinkles. No big deal I thought, the car is under warranty. This is normal, was the response we got from Scanlon Lexus in Fort Myers. At 45 000 miles and still under warranty the real deep cracks started to come. Normal wear and tear said Scanlon Lexus. They asked if my wife was heavy, I told she is petite. I my self is 180 pounds. Are we to heavy for the Lexus´ seats? Now, with 55 000 miles the seat is falling apart, the cracks look really bad. But Lexus denies any responsibility. This time they claim because we are the second owner. Maybe the dealership can provide us with a needle and my wife can stitch it together? Or is just this a misunderstanding that can be solved? With so many good reviews we are prepared to think so. More
