used car Our vehicle was totaled in a rear end collison. We were devastated because it was a 2003 Lexus LS430 and ran like a charm! We stopped at Scanlon Lex Our vehicle was totaled in a rear end collison. We were devastated because it was a 2003 Lexus LS430 and ran like a charm! We stopped at Scanlon Lexus on a Sunday to look around at the used car inventory. To our surprise Ray Matthews came outside and said they were open because they would be closed the next Sunday which was Easter. Turned out they had a 2003 Lexus LS430 on the lot with less miles then our car had. It was love at first sight and Ray and the dealership were great in staying turn to their word and giving us a fair price. Yes I would diffidently return to this dealer. More

SHODDY SERVICE THEY GET 1 STAR BECAUSE I GOT A NICE LOANER CAR. THEY FIRST TIME I TOOK MY LEXUS SC430 IN FOR SERVICE IT WAS FOR AN AIRBAG RECALL. AFTER GETTING BAC THEY GET 1 STAR BECAUSE I GOT A NICE LOANER CAR. THEY FIRST TIME I TOOK MY LEXUS SC430 IN FOR SERVICE IT WAS FOR AN AIRBAG RECALL. AFTER GETTING BACK HOME, I DISCOVERED THAT MY SEAT SETTINGS WOULD NOT SET AND MY MIRRORS DID NOT MOVE (THE MIRRORS ARE NOW OK). THEN WE FOUND A FUSE BOX COVER ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT, SOMETHING THAT WAS REMOVED AND NOT PUT BACK. WE TOOK THE CAR BACK FOR THE WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT, OIL CHANGE, ROUTINE SERVICE, ROTATING THE TIRES. THERE IS A BOLT MISSING FROM ONE OF THE TIRES AND WHEN WE QUESTIONED IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SAY MAYBE IT WAS MISSING WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN (WOULDN'T THEY HAVE REPLACED IT DURING THE ROTATION?). THEY SUGGESTED I DRIVE THERE-AT LEAST 1 HOUR ROUNS TRIP-TO GET A REPLACEMENT. I SUGGESTED THEY DELIVER OR MAIL ONE. ALL THIS FOR $1600+ IN SERVICE. OUTRAGEOUS!! More
