He spent a number of hours with me in a very busy dealership, end of month activity.Ray helped me secure a price for the vehicle that I was comfortable with. I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime but found the process, for the most part simplified and direct. I recommend Ray when dealing with the dealership to act as your ally in securing a favorable deal. The only aspect of the process that was unpleasant was the wait associated with finalizing the deal. Perhaps, the last day of a major promotion, but from agreement to finalization took far more time then I have ever experienced. The time spent waiting to complete the transaction diminished the excitement and pleasure of buying a new car. It, for me, has remained one of the buying experiences that still make me feel like a 17 year old. To lose that sensation due to excessive wait to pay was a disappointment. This should be addressed by the management of the dealership. More

I purchase two vehicles every couple of years and Ray is very helpful with what is available in colors and options. Finance department is always very helpful in coming up with payment options that work for you. Then there is the service department, I have been working with Dan Hoffman for years. I put on a lot of miles on so I seem to be there quite often. Dan is always there to help with whatever it may be.
