I was not intending to purchase a vehicle at the time I visited Scanlon Lexus, however talking to Michael I was "convinced" to buy a new RX-350 - Abso I was not intending to purchase a vehicle at the time I visited Scanlon Lexus, however talking to Michael I was "convinced" to buy a new RX-350 - Absolutely NO pressure from the salesman, but he was so knowledgeable and helpful, I was convinced that I did not want to deal with anyone but him! very glad that We did! He was very considerate and respectful and could not do enough to help and insure that I was comfortable with the negotiations and purchase, not to mention the extra attention once the sale was made and help in getting everything ready to take possession of the vehicle. He is truly a credit to Scanlon Lexus. I would also like to compliment and thank Suzanne Nogales for the hard work and complete information she gave me in finishing up the signing of the documents and the payments. She was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and the process went very quickly. He took an enormous amount of time to work with us, answer all of our many questions, and resolve all issues expeditiously and fairly. We bought several prior cars thru him, and he is the reason we keep returning to Scanlon sales, even though they are an extra 20 miles out of the way for us. Definitely worth the trip! More
