Customer Service "What" The old soft shoe. Bought my car in for a clanking noise and high pitched screel on acceleration. On initial test service writer this never happens with Lexus and would Bought my car in for a clanking noise and high pitched screel on acceleration. On initial test service writer this never happens with Lexus and would not allow me to drive the car so I could duplicate the noise. Car also makes a loud clanking noise. Said they would at least take a look at it. New I was doomed by the writers (Lexus holy than now attitude) that this would go no where, i was right. Got the old typical of vehicle routine. Did it argue, waited for the customer follow up servey. Didn't expect this, but never got one. I guess with the writers bias I should have expected this. I fixed the clanking noise my self. Broken clip being the pad. Very is fix. The screel seams to be a bearing noise, but I have a neighbor that has a lift in his garage. I will be able to figure this one out as well. I really should not have to diagnose Lexus issue on my own. This is why we take it to the dealer. Common knowledge is when they don't want to spend the tine diagnosing or looking into something it does not exist. You would expect better of them. Especially Lexus...there are other dealers in the area as well as Toyota. They certainly can change oil and handle other related services at a lower rate. Maybe you should check them out. Scanlon does not care........... More

Best experince I've ever had with a dealership I had a bit of a crisis and had to quickly sell my 2014 Lexus 350 to Carmax in order to close on a new home. My family was left homeless on the day of I had a bit of a crisis and had to quickly sell my 2014 Lexus 350 to Carmax in order to close on a new home. My family was left homeless on the day of traveling from far away to our closing, due to a horrible error with the home lender. It was a very stressful and difficult time for me and my family. I went to 5 other dealerships in the area and only got good service at 2 of the 5. None of the other dealerships could get me into a midsize SUV for the monthly rate I was looking for. I really didn't want anything other than a Lexus but I new I couldn't get into my price range with the RX 350, or so I thought until I met Michael Diaz and William Smith. Two of the most genuine and kind salesmen I have ever met. I was so impressed! This was the first times I didn't feel like just a sales number at a dealership. Not only did they get me into the RX350 for an excellent price, but they did it with such class and kindness. These two men were a huge blessing to me and my family. Thank you! More
