We appreciate you sharing your experience with other about towing a Lexus behind an RV. And, we understand how your mishap led to some frustrations. While we try our best to go over how every new Lexus operates, it is your responsibility to review the operations manual that is included in the vehicle. The parking brake has a large red icon that is displayed when activated, which should have alerted you of a potential problem. Just like an old fashioned parking brake, once activated manually, you have to disengage it. We never like a client leaving the brand, but there really is nothing we can do as Lexus does not recommend towing any vehicle they make.
