Buying experience I am very disappointed with scanlon Lexus. I purchased a car from them and the car was full of ants. They were not interested in helping me. They did I am very disappointed with scanlon Lexus. I purchased a car from them and the car was full of ants. They were not interested in helping me. They did not even see the car. They said there was nothing they could do. However, they claimed that this has happened before since they have many ant piles. They also sold me a car with tears in the weather stripping and would not do anything about this either. I now also need to get new wiper blades after owning the car for two months. More
2010 Lexus Es350 I bought a 2010 Lexus es350 from Lexus of fort Myers, and the car have some problems from day one I contact the dealer and take the car to the shop, a I bought a 2010 Lexus es350 from Lexus of fort Myers, and the car have some problems from day one I contact the dealer and take the car to the shop, after the technical look at the car the adviser tell me that I have a bad front end bearing, and it will cost me 500 plus to fix the car but it come with 90 days warranty so why I have to pay 500 dollars to fix it, I try many times to reach out to someone there and no answer the no the car have some problems and still sell it in stead of fix it. That was my fourth vehicle I bought from Lexus of fort Myers and beware of the work them do because the tell you need to fix things not even need to fix I had my experience with them. More
Great Service & Caring Staff I purchased a new car from Angelique, a fairly new sales person, with Scanlon Lexus. She was more than accommodating and responded to any and every q I purchased a new car from Angelique, a fairly new sales person, with Scanlon Lexus. She was more than accommodating and responded to any and every question immediately. She helped me select, but didn’t apply any pressure which I totally appreciated. Love her personality and sincerity as well!!! I traded another Lexus and she helped me negotiate a “deal.” All in all I felt it was “ fair “. It was difficult to let my previous Lexus go, but am sure I will love my new one. Reilly was knowledgeable and explained the financing thoroughly. He followed through with a coffee mug and hat that I requested, however, I feel that I should have received complementary weatherproof floor mats rather than a $10 discount on them considering the price of my new SUV. That’s my only complaint. Keith Ulberg was accommodating and professional in arranging a loaner while they applied the diamond coating and called immediately when it was ready. I feel confident I will receive great treatment from this dealership. I prefer/ chose Scanlon because it is a family-owned business and the staff is kind and concerned about the clients. When we first moved to Florida I tried another dealership for my previous Lexus, but like this one better! More

Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather. More

My husband and I are past our middle 60's so we've bought quite a few cars on our journey. By far, Scanlon as a whole and Sam Vince specifically have been the greatest dealership ever. And I havent even mentioned Reilly Morris in finance that made signing papers fun!! Its not even the big things (great prices and quality cars) but the small things (kindness, compliments, concern and free espresso!). Just love Scanlon. We dont want to shop anywhere but Scanlon! We were very fortunate to have met Michael as our contact person when visiting the dealership. We indicated that we are Canadian Snowbirds and would not be purchasing in the US, HOWEVER, Michael explained that he was there to assist us with any questions both present and future. He was one of the most knowledgeable sales agents that we have ever met and gave us his card and contact information if we needed any further information when discussing with a Canadian dealer. Most sales people upon learning that we would not be purchasing would not have spent the time that he made available.
