AS A BUSY PROFESSIONAL, I HAD A PROPOSAL THAT I WAS WORKING ON THAT NEEDED FURTHER DISCUSSION WITH TWO ASSOCIATES WHO MET ME AT THE DEALERSHIP . I STOPPED AN EMPLOYEE WHO HAPPENED TO BE THE FINANCE MANAGER AND ASKED IF THERE WERE ANYWHERE PRIVATE THE 3 OF US COULD SIT. SHE FOUND AN EMPTY UNOCCUPIED OFFICE - ASKED THE GENERAL MANAGER IF IT WERE OK FOR US TO SIT THERE AND DISCUSS OUR PROPOSAL ... HE READILY AGREED. Purchased a pre-owned car I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the dealership. I had called on a car that I was interested in and the salesman Mike M. promptly returned my I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the dealership. I had called on a car that I was interested in and the salesman Mike M. promptly returned my call. I made an appointment and was promptly greeted by the sales manager Dan C. ,who took me to the lounge where I had a coffee. A few minutes later Mike came in ; very cordial and friendly. We sat down to negotiate which was painless as both representatives were open and transparent. They offered me a fair price for my trade and I bought the car. They also told me to call if I had any issues with the car and they would take care of it. The culture and business model at Scanlon is as they say; they don't want any customer, whether buying new or used, to leave unhappy. I definitely recommend this dealership. Excellent experience. Our NX300 had its 5000 mile service, today. The Scanlon experience was expeditious and exceeded our expectations. We found our service consultants, Keith and Jake, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommod experience was expeditious and exceeded our expectations. Our service rating was excellent; however, it was by far superior to any service we have encountered in the past with Cadillac and Infiniti dealships. More
Honesty and integrity Recently purchased a new rx350 with the assistance of Brent Stivers on 11/8. He was awesome to work with. He listened to what I was looking for which Recently purchased a new rx350 with the assistance of Brent Stivers on 11/8. He was awesome to work with. He listened to what I was looking for which was a used vehicle. After showing me numerous used vehicles, he suggested that I look at a new vehicle due to the incentive offers that were being offered. It turned out that I could get a new vehicle for not much more than the used ones I looked at with no miles opposed to 20- 30000 miles the used ones had. He did not pressure me one bit or try to sway me one way or the other in my decision. He just presented me with different options for me to consider in making my decision. He made me feel so relaxed and made it easy for me to make my decision. A few days later, I realized that I had left a considerable amount of cash in the console of my trade in and called him and let him know my situation. Within 10 minutes, he called me back and informed me that he had found it. I would like to commend him on his honesty and integrity. He could of stuck it in his pocket and told me he didn't find it. Lexus management should be proud to have an employee of his caliber and recognize him for outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend him and Scanlon Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
Very difficult to work with Not having a Lexus dealership near me, I bought my Lexus at Scanlon, Ft. Myers. My purchase experience with Henry couldn't have been better and I love Not having a Lexus dealership near me, I bought my Lexus at Scanlon, Ft. Myers. My purchase experience with Henry couldn't have been better and I love my car! It is the service dept that is difficult to work with. The first time I had a service I did not require a loaner vehicle; this time I do. I booked a hotel in Ft. Myers for this Wednesday so I could take my car in on Thursday. I have clients in Ft. Myers so figured I could borrow a car and work while it is getting serviced. I was told last week I could borrow a loaner even thought it was a short service. I called this morning to change my appointment time and was assured by the lady on the phone that I was indeed down for a loaner. Later today, I received a call from Keith informing me that the lady on the phone is 'only' a receptionist and I was not to get a loaner, when he said I could last week. I am now having to pay out of pocket (my car is under warranty) for my service elsewhere, as this company is not willing to help. More
