Upper managers are nasty, rude and have little common sense I have had issues with the dealership management team and want to remind others to stay away from this dealership ... this is only my opinion. I communicated what I wanted and he explained to me what could or couldn't be done. It makes the entire process easy and stress free. I will definitely look to work with Michael again in the future. That being said I'm not sure if Michael talked to the finance department prior to my meeting with them or not, but I received the same straight forward approach from the entire team. Excellent experience and have been raving about the experience all weekend to my friends and neighbors. More
Service simplified. Customer gratified. I recently took my SUV into Scanlon Acura for service. Service & Parts Manager, Aaron Pless, listened to my description of the problem, a nagging, so I recently took my SUV into Scanlon Acura for service. Service & Parts Manager, Aaron Pless, listened to my description of the problem, a nagging, some times hard to duplicate issue. He asked to keep the car over night to check it in the morning, as first thing in the morning was when I experienced the problem. I was provided a loaner at no charge. By mid-morning of the day after they checked the car, I was advised Scanlon Service had experienced the same problem that I had experienced. A rapid solution was arrived at.... no haggling.... and my car was repaired promptly , at what I considered to be a very fair and reasonable price. I was completely pleased with every aspect of my experience with Scanlon's Service team. They exceeded my expectations in every way! Bill F. More
