Process for new lease was honest and seamless. Sam was upfront from the beginning. No bait and switch. Even when I asked how long it would take. He said an hour and we came in at just a little over an h upfront from the beginning. No bait and switch. Even when I asked how long it would take. He said an hour and we came in at just a little over an hour from arrival to leaving. That included all of the paperwork and programming the car and phone etc. Awesome experience! More

We were recently visiting southwest Florida from the Northeast and two weeks into our month long stay when we experienced some electrical problems with our 2015 Acura RDX. We called Scanlon Acura out of the blue and Asst. Manager Clay Kvetko helped us right away. He made us feel welcome, provided a loaner vehicle while his team diagnosed the problem(s), and kept us informed over the entire process. Our car was quickly fixed and I could not be happier with the service he provided. In my short time there, I could tell he is respected by his co-workers and serving and pleasing his clients are very important to him. Clay is a model employee and Scanlon should do everything in their power to keep such a valuable team member. Thank you Clay! - Andy More
