Bob Cohan did his homework to "exceed our expectations" on price and efficiency of the car buying experience. A few phone calls, texts and emails ensured everything was ready and waiting when we arrived so we did not have to spend all day at the dealership. I am writing this to highlight the experience with this dealership so far. I buy cars online nationwide frequently. I do all my research and only select 3 cars that are similar in terms of year, model, trim, etc. Then I research dealership reviews like the ones here. Once i have selected a few that meet my criteria I reach out to begin discussions. I have had the pleasure of being assigned to Robert (Bob) Cohan. He was very prompt in presenting me with all the requested information and disclosed all pricing via a quote. He also presented me with the inspection report. He is very response and answers all the questions. He understands I am in between 2 cars and is doing his best to influence my decision. Even the manager, Shaun, has reached out to offer some support and interest in earning my business. THe final commercial terms will dictate the complete purchasing terms.
