BMW 530 Internet Purchase My wife and I found a beautiful 2019 BMW 530i on Cars.com that was located in Ft. Myers at Scanlon Acura. We arranged to go to the dealer and test d My wife and I found a beautiful 2019 BMW 530i on Cars.com that was located in Ft. Myers at Scanlon Acura. We arranged to go to the dealer and test drive the car, where we were greeted by Dan Clifford the Sales Manager and Michael Messina Sales Rep. Both were very genial and accommodating, even though we were not interested in an Acura vehicle. Michael Messina showed us the features on the BMW in detail before we drove it, and then he accompanied us during the test drive. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car, even though it was not the brand the dealership sells. A true professional. He is also very friendly and down to earth, and a pleasure to deal with. Mr. Clifford was very fair and honest when it came to agreeing on the price of the BMW and also valuing my trade. Finally, Mark Giuliano was a breeze to deal with regarding the documents. Overall a very pleasurable experience. More

I had dealt with Scanlon's service department years ago when I had my TL and they I recently purchased a Certified 2018 Acura RDX from Scanlon Acura. I had dealt with Scanlon's service department years ago when I had my TL and they were great to work with. This was my first time at their new location and the facility is beautiful! From the time I walked in the door until I ultimately purchased the car I was treated with respect. No HARD sales pitch, no "holding" my trade-in keys and keeping me hostage until I made a deal! I explained what I was looking for, Bob found the right car, and after some "negotiation" (thanks Dan!) we made a deal! He even stayed several hours late to make sure he was there when I took delivery! Carlos made the paperwork process very easy. As an added bonus, Bob took the time to follow up a few days later to make sure I was happy and to see if he could answer any questions about the car for me. It was an overall great experience. Everyone including our sales person Phil Ursillo, sales manager Jeff Nagy, and finance manager Carlos Mendez were wonderful to work with. We have always been impressed with the professionalism of everyone we encounter at Scanlon. Any stereotypes you may have abut the car buying experience don't apply. We went to Scanlon looking for a new MDX to replace our current 2015 model. We also were considering going down to an RDX after three consecutive MDX's. Phil Ursillo, our. sales consultant, was most helpful in taking us through the pros and cons of each model. In the end we settled on another MDX. We have bought 3 0f our 4 MDX's from Phil and we always feel that we.get a fair deal. More
