Excellent Service My Acura MDX needed an oil change. After the multi-inspection it was discovered I needed to replace the brake fluid. They were unable to get the cap My Acura MDX needed an oil change. After the multi-inspection it was discovered I needed to replace the brake fluid. They were unable to get the caps off easily as they were rusted. So it was recommended to replace the wells the fluid goes in. We ordered the parts. It was an expensive repair. When they worked on it they found they were able to remove the caps without damage to the part the fluid is held. They returned the parts and I was only charged for the brake fluid change. I worked with Clay and he walked me through all the steps and was very kind and helpful. I had a beautiful loaner car for that day, and was very happy they could resolve this brake problem. Purchased a new Acura RDX and on final inspection a Purchased a new Acura RDX and on final inspection a paint flaw was discovered on the hood.(vehicle was very dirty prior) Scanlon Acura sent it out f Purchased a new Acura RDX and on final inspection a paint flaw was discovered on the hood.(vehicle was very dirty prior) Scanlon Acura sent it out for wet sanding but detailer stopped before doing damage and we were given an option to have the hood repainted. We were asked to think about it and let them know....A month later we decided we did not want them to repaint a new car and could live with the flawed paint rather that deal with repaint of a factory finish. Scanlon, specifically sales manager Mr Clifford is not interested in helping. We asked if they would put on ceramic coating to prevent further damage and were told no can only touch up. Touch up a new factory paint on a luxury vehicle. Not acceptable. Learn from my mistake NEVER purchase from Scanlon Acura and NEVER purchase a vehicle before final inspection. Mr Clifford sir you are an unethical used car salesmen! More
Service at Acura on a Honda Accord I came a week earlier than I was scheduled, but Sal took me right away. He reviewed everything on my list, and gave me a good seat to wait. I told him about some scratching on the right front tire. I showed him a picture and he put the car on a rack over his head. The cause of the scratching was fixed, and I no longer hear it. Superior customer experience I was simply seeking a "trip check" so my daughter's red RSX would be in ideal shape for her upcoming semester away at college. Felix said the multi- I was simply seeking a "trip check" so my daughter's red RSX would be in ideal shape for her upcoming semester away at college. Felix said the multi-point inspection would be completely free, which it was. I enjoyed the customer lounge (water, espresso machine, lemonade, snacks) and was impressed with how spacious and comfortable it was. The multi-point inspection showed everything was in excellent condition, except for the left brake light needing to be replaced. They replaced the brake light and washed the car so it looks fantastic. It took less than 45 minutes and the brake light cost was worth an amazing amount of peace-of-mind. Thank you! More

We were immediately greeted by Nicholas who asked how he could help us...we explained that we were really trying to make our appointment with Honda! He assured us that Scanlon could do our servicing, and in less time! We let him take over and he registered our vehicle and explained the service plans! We were given a tour and taken to the lounge! Soon after we were introduced to Salvatore who outlined the needed work and pricing..we agreed. Within a short time Nicholas returned with news the job was done.. A beautiful clean CrV awaited us!
