Most Unprofessional Customer Service I've Ever Experienced My Fiancé purchased a brand new 2019 F-350 Super Duty truck a few months ago. Somehow there is a lot of water getting inside of it under the front passenger seat. He finally got an appointment to get the truck serviced which they said would take a week. He was agreeable to that as long as they can provide a large courtesy vehicle because he needs something to use for work while the truck is getting repaired. The appointment was today at 7:30 am so he asked a few days in advance if there is any way possible he can drop off the truck and pick up the courtesy vehicle the night prior because he is a contractor and needs to be at jobsite early. Of course, the response from the service department is that's not possible. He then reached out to the Sales rep he deals with as this is the 3rd truck he's purchased from Sayville Ford. The Sales Rep said they wouldn't budge on the night prior but he said that I could drop the truck off and pick up the courtesy vehicle in the morning no problem as long as I had a license and vehicle insurance which I provided proof of when I arrived. Guess what, I bring the truck in this morning and the Service Rep & Service Manager say NO I can't take the courtesy vehicle because I'm not on the actual F-350 insurance. Meanwhile we have a whole email confirming this would be fine. My fiancé gets on the phone with the Manager in front of myself and the rep in which the manager offers to get me a ride to work and tells my fiancé he can pick up the courtesy vehicle later. So we think everything is settled now after all of the aggravation. The Service Manager then rolls his eyes after he asks where I work which is about a 20 min drive which I said don't worry about it, I will take an Uber. Then the Service Rep comes back in and says he must pick up the courtesy vehicle no later than 2pm...What? He's working in the city and can't make it until 4-5pm and they say sorry we can't make any guarantees it will be here after 2pm. You can only assume that you would get decent customer service when you purchase a brand new vehicle for $65,000 and it has some kind of big leak. Unbelievable...they had zero interest in providing any type of customer service. More

I am greeted timely and I usually have Kenya as the rep I bought my car here years ago and continue to go there to for oil changes and other services. I am greeted timely and I usually have Kenya as the rep who writes up my paperwork, she is courteous and professional and I really feel like family to her. When I pay I always wait for Fran to be free so that I can catch up with her too. Both are wonderful reps for your company. More

My 2015 Ford Explorer was sold with a defeat power steering system and I had to pay for repair (this happened Aug. 2018. This same exact part was recalled in 2014 models and Chevy recalled 2015 model truck for same exact problem still waiting for Ford to do the right thing and give me a refund. I have already referred 6 different people to other dealerships and Sayville Ford lost out on that business I will continue referring people to other dealerships until I im refunded for the defective part I was forced to pay for Update- after speaking w Clifford at Sayville Ford giving him date & time I spoke with corporate customer service person who said I would be 100% covered for the defective part still no answer I was given another 800 # to call another person at corporate (Annette H.) left many voice messages for her & no callback (after on hold for no less than 20 minutes each call) Last call from Clifford at Sayville Ford he said he would email Annette & let her know I’ve been waiting for call back still nothing Ford again fails in customer service department all over less than $700 I was forced to pay for defective part. Ford PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND THE $ I WAS FORCED TO PAY. More

Fran Perotta, their Service Receptionist, is a doll and always has a pleasant attitude even when she has a million things coming at her from all directions. Mr. Chris Ambrico who runs the Service & Parts Dept has always stood behind the work done on my Mustang and resolved any issues I've brought to his attention promptly and to my satisfaction. I recommend Sayville Ford to friends & family all the time. More
