I brought my 1994 Mustang GT convertible in for an oil change and state inspection. Even though this was the first time I visited Sayville Ford, I was greeted like family and treated with courtesy and re change and state inspection. Best Dealer I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with Sayville Ford for several years. My Explorer has 162,000 Miles and still looks almost new and runs very well. I have used the night service which I think is tremendous for people who work all day and cannot sit in dealer foe a long period of time.I also want to complement the people who work there. They are knowlegable and extremley helpful. The person I try to deal with The most is Kenya. She always leaves me feeling like Sayville Ford is the only place I will ever go for service. I’ve bought a few cars at Sayville Ford. I am partial to Fords and this dealer. Buying and maintaining the car there is no hassle. Chris in sales helped me get a great deal and Dimitri their service manager Fords and this dealer. Buying and maintaining the car there is no hassle. In fact, I do use my GT350R as a track car and Dimitri makes sure any maintenance or repair is performed to proper specs. Good to know when driving over 140mph. You can trust the work they do. More

Poor Service, Runaround, lack of value for customers time Took My truck in this past saturday for an oil change, inspection, and to fix the gaskets around the door handles that were falling out. Get a call at 4:45 that it was done but however the inspection guy for diesel called out sick. I asked Connor if this could be done 1st thing Monday morning as soon as they open at 7am so i can grab the truck and go to work. He assured me it would be done when they open. Monday comes and I had to call at 7:45 to check on it. Nicole at the desk tells me there is no completed paperwork on it and she has no idea if its done. I asked if someone could check and she told me that someone can check after their "MORNING RUSH" after 10pm. At that point i drove down to see what was the problem. The first Gentleman said they got it in and are working on it. That was a LIE because i just saw it parked in the back lot untouched. After some time the service advisor comes out to tell me the truck passed emissions but failed safety insp. because of window tint. Odd because it passed here last yr. and that's obvious that they could of said it wouldnt pass on Saturday. Had to pay for the inspection anyway. Tried to get a service manager but no one would come out from their Monday morning coffee and weekend talks to give the customer some service. Totally DIS-SATISFIED . Not to mention the door handle gasket that was petruding out from below and above the handles on both sides, the service tech " trimmed it" . It should of been replaced !! Shame on you Sayville Ford Side note, when i go to night service... Jay Innes in service goes above and beyond. Pleasure More

I explained the situation & she said call me by 3, I’ll see what I can do. I called back & the woman named Fran (I think) said “pick it up in the AM.” After that was squared away the recall & service was a piece of cake! More
