Service issues I have purchased 3 cars from Sayville Ford, and will never again buy another. My recent experiences with service there have been terrible. Just yest I have purchased 3 cars from Sayville Ford, and will never again buy another. My recent experiences with service there have been terrible. Just yesterday my 2014 Fusion was dropped off for a recall, air-bag light and the free 1 year service. Today, more than 30 hours later NOTHING has been done. Now I have to go pick up the car and do this AGAIN. Sayville Ford has inconvenienced me twice and forced me to have to deal with this lousy service again. Had someone told me, when I called, that it was busy I would have made arrangements at another time. Continuing to provide such bad service will drive business away. They have lost at least one customer as a result of this, undoubtedly more that I don't know about. Update: I was contacted by SF and they picked up my car and did the service. Thanks for that. I'm hoping that they just had a bad day. More

Spent over 11,000 dollars in 6 months I was sold stuff I didn't need came in for a 2,400 dollar exhaust manifold job on a 6.7 Diesal the mechanic snap Spent over 11,000 dollars in 6 months I was sold stuff I didn't need came in for a 2,400 dollar exhaust manifold job on a 6.7 Diesal the mechanic snapped a stud on a 2016 f350 I was charged for his mistake .on the day of pickup they tell me this. Then I was charged over 5,000 dollars the managers do not care they will suck you dry.they were supposed to have truck 6 days I got it 4 weeks later. 10 days after receiving truck back I was climbing a hill in pa no turbo come to find out mechanic broke electrical clip to turbo used a grey silicon to glue together that fell out. I had to get towed up hill what a nightmare!!!!! Upon inspection I realized bolts were missing upon assembly I have all pictures to prove the quality of work here apaynetrucking@aol.com and the customer is always wrong to these people keep a eye on you parts list they tried marking my parts up 15 percent more then if I went to counter myself and paid very sneaky in service you will get robbed !!!!!!!. Apparently I'm not the only one customer service at ford headquarters says there some issues at this service if I was the owner there would be a lot of firing going on. Don't trust Kenya the service advisor she lied to my face then stated I'm a Christian I don't lie what a nightmare of a experience!!!!!! More

Best Service ar a Dealership I went into Sayville Ford and got set up with Dimitri Kreatsoulas, I waited no longer than 5 minutes to be written up and for them to take my car. I took it to Sayville Ford who I used in the past for my 1999 Expedition years ago and treated me fair. When I showed up at the dealer I did not have a appointment but I was greeted by Dimitri. Dimitri took me in and checked out my vehicle and informed me that it was a covered part under the warranty. He had my vehicle repaired that day which I was surprised. I thought I would be waiting a couple of days for this repair. During the whole process Dimitri kept me informed with the progress of my repair He also offered to have me taken home if I didn't want to wait. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with him not once did he try to sell me anything while I waited for my repair. Because the way I was treated I will always use this dealer for my service. More
Excellent, Attentive and Expedient Service!! I took my '16 Expedition to Sayville Ford for an oil change, and assistance with a headlight issue I was looking to have corrected under warranty as I I took my '16 Expedition to Sayville Ford for an oil change, and assistance with a headlight issue I was looking to have corrected under warranty as I had purchased the truck recently and it was used. I decided to give Sayville Ford a try after doing some internet research on nearby Ford dealers. Made a service appointment for a Monday and arrived 10 minutes early - the truck was checked in immediately. Service advisor Dimitri Kreatsoulas was extremely friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns about the headlights and assured me he would do what he could to assist me. The oil was changed expeditiously while I waited and Mr. Kreatsoulas assured me he would keep me posted about headlight issue. Two days later (Wednesday), I received a phone call that new headlights were in as well as some wheel locks I had ordered previously. Appointment was made for Friday (5 days from first visit) to have headlights replaced under warranty and have the wheel locks installed. That visit was under an 1 hr! I was extremely pleased with the service I received, and truly grateful that Mr. Kreatsoulas worked with Ford to replace my headlights under warranty - and it was done super quick! Glad I chose Sayville Ford for service and I will be bringing my truck there for all my maintenance/service needs. More

I can admit in a previous career, almost 20 years ago, I w In this digital age we live in, I find more often than not, good help is harder to come by. I can admit in a previous career, almost 20 years ago, I was in the auto service industry so I can be particular. Just keep that in mind when you read the following. After a less than positive experience with different service agent, Dimitri saved the day. He was attentive, friendly, honest and most of all took care of all of my concerns on what was a negative experience earlier in the week. Not only did he take the time to explain why the agent earlier in the week had substandard ability to provide A+ service, for the technical issues anyway, but he went above and beyond explaining things my sales representatives didn't even bother to go over with some of the packages I got with my vehicle. If you are in the Sayville area, make sure you ask for Dimitri. Diana is also a great person to work with. They have both done a great job for 2/3 of my service interactions. They should be commended by management. It is ultimately the people who make the difference in a service scenario. Its a hard job since many of the sceanrios are due to something being broken or failing in the vehicle we depend on. And it is the both of them who get the credit for my continued relationship with Sayville ford. Thank you both for your professional service. More
