Best Service Manager I've had Kenya as my service manager several times over the last three years and she is amazing! I've dealt with dealerships in the past, including the Ford I bought my vehicle from and have had negative experiences; exuberant cost, long wait times, and being stranded for hours at the dealership. She always returned my phone calls very quickly and always made feel comfortable.my last review was intended for the mechanic who worked on my van -who said he did not see any windshield fluid leaking from my fluid tank .I told him that was because it was empty-after filling the tank he then seen the leak-I left my van their while on vacation for 9 days and when I returned that problem and a few others where not done-so I had to make another appointment.that is the reason for that bad review. After I explained to Dan that needed our car back ASAP Dan not only kept us updated on a daily basis on the progress of our repairs, but he ensured we got our car back in half the time!!!! Poor customer service Made appointment about a week and a half ahead of time. Spoke to Stan a few times about a trailer brake controller. Confirmed appointment. Received call to confirm two days before from Frank. Brought truck in to Dan the night before. Received call day of service from Dan telling me my truck isn't equipped for a trailer brake controller which he told me he knew this because of the VIN. Then tells me I don't know why other people didn't check VIN in first place. Dan tells me to go rent a truck instead, in which he knows a rental company to set me up with so I can tow with brake control. Terrible waste of time and disrespect of my time and money. "If you rent a truck it'll probably cost the same as this would have" unbelievable and I will not be returning for any type of service More

Outstanding Service Once Again I received a reminder call that my NYS inspection was due. Made an appointment for 6:15 am so I would not have to take time off from work. It was recommended that my front brakes be replaced (which I already suspected.) They completed my job quickly and efficiently and I was not late for work! More
3:00 pm I had an 8:15 appointment. Paperwork was completed quickly and car was done and washed in about 15 minutes!! Diana was very friendly, informative and I had an 8:15 appointment.
