After finding the used vehicle I was looking for, I reached out the Sayville Ford online was was contacted in minutes. After a couple of texts an appointment was made to see the vehicle. Because of a positive COVD test I could not get down to see the vehicle for 5 days, but they took a refundable deposit over the phone and held the vehicle. I finally was able to see and test drive the vehicle. It was exactly what I needed. I worked with Vincent Visceglia to complete the purchase in roughly 2 hrs. with no surprises or gimmicks. The finance and welcome teams were great. I would recommend Sayville Ford for your next purchase...Ask for Vinny. More
Shady, sheister, snake oil salesmen. Terrible experience. Everyone knows that buying a car is stressful enough and you know going in that you are probably going to get “screwed” a bit Terrible experience. All quotes given on little pieces of paper, nothing formal (and that’s only after the salesmen go to talk to the little man in the box for the number (like going meet the Wizard of Oz). Then, they only provide the monthly payment - you have to pry it out of them how they got to the number. Only after fighting for the itemization were we able to discover the real APR and $1300.00 of extras that have supposedly already been added to the car. They say they add these to all their cars and we could not refuse (theft etch and crystal glaze). Also would not apply any current Ford promotional APR incentives until we asked about them. They tried to charge us 8% APR when all over the internet the APR incentive Ford is offering is 1.9%- 5-9% depending on term length. PS. Only getting 1-star because I can’t give a 0-star. More

When we came back to sign finance papers and pick up the vehicle we were there less than 20 minutes. A pleasurable easy experience. It was done the way it should be.Not uncomfortable and no pressure. I purchased a used vehicle from Sayville Ford on December of 2022. I was told I would have to pay an extra $2,000 for my car if I paid cash or financed it myself. So, to get the price I saw online, I had to of 2022. I was told I would have to pay an extra $2,000 for my car if I paid cash or financed it myself. So, to get the price I saw online, I had to use their finance office. I was told they add a special product to the windshield of all cars which added another $1,400 to the total cost of the car. After making it clear that this was absurd, they reduced the cost from the total. When I came to sign the paperwork, I added all the numbers and they had increased the price of the vehicle by $1,000. The finance officer took it to his team and deducted the amount from the total. I was told I could pay it off as early as I wanted with no pre-penalty. When I received my bill from TD Bank, I had already accrued $160 in interest. I wish I had been warned of this beforehand. The whole process felt very frustrating to me. I wish the price posted was true regardless of cash or personal loan and not just the loan they find for me (mine was 8.8% which is quite high since I have excellent credit). I did get a follow up call from their finance department after posting an initial review and was assured I could come in and talk through the numbers. More
