Would I recommend this dearlership...maybe I had an issue with a damaged rear armrest. I was told on 9/3/19 when I picked up my new car that it would be replaced, it would take about a week to I had an issue with a damaged rear armrest. I was told on 9/3/19 when I picked up my new car that it would be replaced, it would take about a week to get a new one in. I just returned from Ford today 10/14/19 where it was finally replaced. I was told it would be addressed by my salesperson and parts manager...neither one did anything including returning my phone calls. George in parts was the only one who came thru! They were friendly today when this problem was finally rectified. And I didn't have to spend the two hours I was originally told it would take. Just alittle disappointed it took over a month for this to be rectified. More

I contacted Sayville Ford and made an appointment. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by the very courteous Sayville Ford staff as well as Salesman, Rob T, who showed me the truck and accompanied me on a test drive . He explained in detail and demonstrated all of the Electronics & options. Rob T is very Knowledgeable on Ford Products, and helped me negotiate a Great Deal on a Great Truck As well as getting me a descent Trade-In Value for my Old Truck. As the purchasing process continued I sat down with Adam D. in Finance and went over several financing options. Adam shopped for the Lowest interest rate and got me a loan that fit my budget . He was also very knowledgeable on warranties and truck accessories which I ended up purchasing that day. I cant Thank Adam enough because he was instrumental in having the accessories installed that same afternoon while I waited and finished the paperwork... 1 Stop Shopping At Sayville Ford !! In the End I'am very Happy with the truck. I was treated very well By Rob and Adam and the other employees at Sayville with whom I came in contact with . However, recently our life was really in need of a more super duty truck. Horses and snowplows headed me back to looking for another used truck. Of course I looked everywhere and even drove to CT to see a truck that had a fair price but not the equipment I wanted. I headed back to my own hometown dealership “Sayville Ford” and quickly I was able to see that “USED” may not be a necessity. Here’s why I’m writing my review guys! Your dealer builds and orders trucks for their dealership. It’s important to look at the equipment packages because you may find that although they can add all top of line bells and whistles they also know how to add the “most requested options” in various ways to help with pricing their fleet. So.....yes I purchased a NEW F250 from Sayville Ford for the price of the used one in CT. Jesse Gleberman (sales associate) understood where my purchase price was and equipment I needed. The truck I needed was right there in their inventory. Rose in Finance was fabulous to work with. She was open to looking into banks that I suggested for the possibility of better rates! So.........All in all I felt that this dealership took the time to work towards getting me what I needed at a price I could afford! I’m over the moon and driving a new truck! Let it snow! Donna More
