I was introduced to Rob Tarnosky and he was very knowledgeable and made looking for the vehicles painless. He was also very patient and did not pressure me to do anything. Rob made my car buying experience well worth it. I don’t like being pressured or haggling over price and he did neither. I think my dad and I stumbled into the right Ford because the team made the process so much easier. I worked with Nick, Adam, and Chris. Nick was really honest, funny, and personable. He helped us narrow down our choices based on budget and need, and then was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Adam helped with the financing stuff, explained everything really thoroughly, and was also just so kind throughout the entire experience. Chris helped me navigate the new car, and showed me how to use all the features inside the car. Everyone was so happy and helpful, and I am really grateful for how easy they made the entire experience. It kind of felt like I spent a Saturday with friends. It made me feel better about leaving my old car behind and adventuring with a new one.
