Had my 5 year old Explorer in and out of this dealer for 4 times this summer for weeks at a time. They charge me to diagnose what is wrong with the car they sell me that they can't fix. Sayville Ford had my 2018 Expedition for 2 weeks to fix a check engine light problem. After I picked up my car after I was informed my vehicle was fixed I noticed driving home the check engine light is still check engine light problem. After I picked up my car after I was informed my vehicle was fixed I noticed driving home the check engine light is still on. They never fixed my car after 2 weeks of paying for my monthly lease payment of $820.00 and also paying for a rental payment of $1200.00 2 week rental from Enterprise since they had no loaner car. Well I now call to bring the car back in and they tell me don’t drive the car with the check engine light on and the next available service date is 3 weeks from now. And no LOANER CAR again until December. What a JOKE!!!!!!!! Stay away for service. They make excuses they have no help or parts. Enough already. I am supposed pay FORD my monthly lease payment $820.00 and Enterprise Car Rental &1200.00 I More
