I am sorry Squirrels stained your vehicles finish. The Simoniz product you call useless has agreed to remove any stains cause by the squirrels. Simonize stood behind their product. Simoniz GlassCoat® is the world’s most durable paint and interior protection system, scientifically proven and guaranteed to last. Simoniz-authorized dealerships can help their customers protect their vehicles’ resale value by offering professional GlassCoat installation on new cars. Simoniz DID what they said they would do. I know you spoke with Nick our General Manager, Nick as per your request has refunded the warranty purchase. The Allstate Warranty was for 10 years/100,000 miles while the Ford Warranty could only go out 8 years/100,000 miles. The refund was processed. Nick also made sure you copies of everything. The price differences are the warranty products and NY State sales tax. Sales tax alone was $5,216.57. I am always available to help, Clifford A. Korade VP 631-589-4800 ext. 135

First off Jason should have given me the Vehicle Cash Purchase Agreement the day I gave him a deposit and not just a credit card receipt. When I got home, I would have noticed that I was getting charged $1600 more than what he was showing me on the computer and would have called my credit card company and cancelled the sale. According to federal law I have three days to cancel. Now this didn’t just happen once it also happened with Carlos the day I bought the truck he never gave me a bill of sale. Was this done intentionally? Had he given me the bill of sale I would have seen that they added $1600 onto the truck and $659 for crystal fusion which I had never asked for. It was not until September 28 when I saw Nick that I received the Vehicle Cash Purchase Agreement and the bill of sale not signed by me with one side blacked out. I was told by nick it was blacked out because I was not to see those numbers. So much for transparency. There are signs all over the dealership saying you’re a no fee dealer dealership. You don’t have to be if you’re tacking on $1600 onto a truck. Now for the parts department. And ordered a toolbox for the back of the truck. They took my name number and email and said it there in three days. 2 weeks later I called to find out where it was they said they couldn’t find it and they would call me back they have not called me back to this date. What am I blackballed from the parts department!!!!! I ordered the part from Smithtown Ford and three days later I had received it. With the way I’ve been treated at this dealership I see no way of me ever buying another truck from this dealership. Is this the way you treat all your customers or just because I'm a senior citizen. And no the simoniz coat does not work. It does guarantee if you get stained they will fix it but does not stop the staining.
