About 1-1/2 years ago I bought a used 2018 Jeep Compass. I paid a lot of money for the vehicle and extended warranty. I went to start the vehicle this weekend to find the battery is dead. It was load tested I paid a lot of money for the vehicle and extended warranty. I went to start the vehicle this weekend to find the battery is dead. It was load tested and the battery is dead. Besides this the key fobs have not been working with the remote start for months. Car says battery fob battery is low but brand new batteries. Called dealership today and was told they do not do anything about the battery and since it is a jeep they do not cover the key fobs. What did I pay all that money for? After arguing with them the battery on a vehicle I have for 1-1/2 years and less than 6k miles put on it I was told basically too bad. I would have at least expected a discount but nothing and the key fobs now I must make an appointment with Jeep and warranty will cover. They are quick to take your money but then seem to play pass the buck when issues arise. I will never buy another vehicle from sayville ford again More

Sayville Ford had someone drive the loaner to my house, drive my car to the dealership for the recall repair to be completed, then return my car three hours later.
